3 Membership & Dues -- Just a reminder (not a change) / And some good info for 2017 We want to make this as affordable as possible, and we ve come up with two membership options. 1. E Membership / Dues = $0.00 / correspondence via s and web 2. P Membership / Dues = $12.00 per year / correspondence via USPS (4-5 mailings per year). The $12.00 is to cover the printing, copying, and postage needed to get the paper copies to you. HOWEVER -- WE VE EXPERIENCED A BETTER THAN EXPECTED CASH FLOW ON THIS --- SO, NO $$$ NEEDED FOR WE LL PICK IT UP AGAIN IN March & April Events Mar 15, 2017 Pioneer Picnic at Rio Vista Park The March picnic saw temperatures about 15 degrees above our normal for the year. But that did not stop 50 Pioneers from coming out to get 2017 off to a great start. We also had Tony Frey subbing for Pere Mulla in getting all the food (subs, potato salad, chips, pickles, green cupcakes (almost St Patty s Day), water, soda, and ice) out and set up on time. THANKS, Tony - great job. Pictures were in the last newsletter. April 2017 Dave s BBQ Highlights The April BBQ was also a great event; catered by Dave s BBQ. We had a larger than expected turnout with 71 attending --- good weather, good BBQ, and cold beer. No leftovers on this one. All of our officers agreed to serve for another year which was unanimously accepted. Some pics from the April BBQ.
