3 The Venue Pike Run Club & Lodge is a beautiful place to host an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. It is nestled on 400 wooded acres and surrounded by 20,000 pristine acres of protected state forests. The property and mountain setting exude rustic charm. The focal point of the property is the golf course and beautiful mountain sunsets viewed from the patio. Pike Run can host smaller gatherings indoors, such as rehearsal dinners, and outdoor tented receptions for up to 150 guests. The staff will work with you to create the wedding you ve always dreamed of. All wedding packages can be tailored to fit the couple s needs. We pride ourselves in being able to offer personalized attention for our events. All our focus will be on your wedding day, as it will be the only wedding or event we have that day. With 12 years experience, Chef Matt and his talented team will work with you to create the perfect menu for the big day. Room blocks for wedding guests can be reserved in the cozy and charming club house or lodge. The Club offers many amenities your guests can enjoy, including an executive 9-hole golf course, trap, skeet and five stand shooting ranges, gourmet dining, 2 tennis courts, a heated pool, hiking trails and more! Special rates are available during weekdays and non-peak seasons!

4 Dining Chef Matt and his culinary team will work with you to create the perfect meal for your event. Each detail will be worked out before hand so you can relax and enjoy your special day. Pike Run will work to accommodate and customize every element for your event. The Reception. Pike Run can seat up to 150 guests at an outdoor tented wedding reception. Smaller weddings can be accommodated inside the lodge. Your guests will enjoy the beautiful mountain sunset that can be viewed from the patio. Rehearsal Dinners. Begin the weekend with a relaxing and joyful dinner where you and your families can get better acquainted with one another. From heavy hors d'oeuvres to a full buffet, Pike Run will provide excellent service to you and your guests. Farewell Brunch. Finish off the busy weekend with a farewell and thank you to your guests. Brunch menus can be customized to fit your tastes. Lodging Pike Run offers cozy lodging and can accommodate your guests. Room rates are as follows: One Night - $ (tax and service charge included) Two Nights - $220.50(tax and service charge included) Three Nights - $ (tax and service charge included) Additional Cot: per day (tax and service charge included)

6 Dining Packages Our dining packages serve as a starting point and can be customized to fit your needs. All packages include assorted dinner rolls, coffee, decaf coffee hot and/or iced tea. Event buffets are available to guests for 90 minutes. All prices are subject to 6% sales tax and a 20% service charge. Silver Package Choice of a Soup and Salad Choice of 2 Silver Package Entrees Choice of a Vegetable and a Starch Selection Assorted Cakes $25 Per Person Platinum Package Choice of a Soup and a Salad Choice of 2 Platinum, Gold, or Silver Package Entrees Choice of a Vegetable and a Starch Assorted Mini Pastries & Desserts $45 Per Person Gold Package Choice of a Soup and a Salad Choice of 2 Gold or Silver Entrees Choice of a Vegetable and a Starch Assorted Cakes or Cheesecakes $32 Per Person Alcohol & Beverages Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hot or Iced Tea are included in our dinner packages. We will place a custom beer, wine and alcohol order for your event based on you and your guests needs. You will only be charged for amount of alcohol used during the event. For Example: Pike Run orders $4,000 in Beer, Wine and Alcohol for your reception. Only $3,500 worth of the alcohol purchased has been opened or consumed. Your bar bill will be for $3,500 for the event. Other Beer, Wine & Alcohol Options: Depending on your guest count Pike Run can charge per drink, per bottle, or on a per person basis.
