Contracts and all payments must be made directly by the member and membership verification form must be completed. NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES OR TAXES ON THE PAVILION RENTAL RATE *From Thanksgiving through Valentines Day: the rental rate includes a climate control front of Pavilion enclosure and heating of the venue if the temperature is forecasted to be below 60 degrees. This applies to full rental rates only and not hourly venue rental rates.

4 Exclusive On-Site Catering Services MENUS Menus are designed with your event and style in mind, however to help understand the costs we have listed a couple sample menus for your review. Menu prices typically run $45 -$65/Person and include all needed staff to properly run your event with the highest level of service. The Grille at Rough Hollow is the exclusive caterer to all Rough Hollow Yacht Club Events. Working directly with your Valerie Miller Events coordinator they will help design the perfect menu for your event. 5 BAR PACKAGES Rough Hollow is flexible in creating a bar service that fits your needs and budget. Below are a few of the most popular options. All the prices are based on 4-hours of continuous bar service. Additional time is available. Special Requests will try and be accommodated. All bars will have a bartending fee of $125/Bartender On an Open Bar: Anyone under 21 would be charged the non-alcoholic bar price of $10/person Open Beer and Wine $24/Person Open Beer and Wine w/ Signature drink $26/person Full Open Bar $29/Person RESERVE YOUR DATE A Signed Contract & Deposit of $2250 is due to book the venue. (The Deposit is applied to your total event cost and not an additional security deposit) The Contract will be sent to be completed via Doc-u-Sign from Valerie Miller Events, LLC A Credit Card is accepted for all deposits without a convenience fee. After the initial deposit all payments must be made by check, cash or money order. Billing is handled directly by Valerie Miller Events, LLC all payments can be made payable to Valerie Miller Events, LLC. Estimated Guest Count is Due 2 weeks before event date with Final Guest Count is Due 8 days before event date. Final Payment is due in full 5 days before the event date. Champagne is not included in the open bar packages and if requested can be purchased at $28/Bottle Other Bar Options On Consumption Bar Every beverage is charged per drink ordered. You can combine the unlimited nonalcoholic bar with this option Set-Price Bar You create a set amount you want to spend on the bar, once that amount is reached either a cash bar can continue or another another option of your choice.
