Set amongst panoramic mountain views of the Yarra Valley, Hedgend Maze offers visitors, families, friends, tour groups and corporate groups a memorable experience that stimulates an enjoyable, personal journey for everyone. Our learning- scapes will have your visitors explore our attractions using diverse learning and thinking styles. Each of the four mazes requires you to think differently, to successfully solve them. Participate in a game of trust. Become blindfolded and be navigated through the Native Maze. The Tangled Web will test agility. For those who enjoy visual brainteasers, they will love the Rainbow Maze and solve the cryptic secret message hidden within the winding pathways of the famous 1.2km Hedge Maze. Play unlimited Minigolf and Frisbee Golf. Unearth dinosaur bones in the Fossil Dig. Find the hidden objects in the Giant Australian Eye Spy and why not try Laser Sport Skirmish in our outdoor bush field. We can accommodate itinerary s, with short or day visits. Groups will be able to enjoy and participate in our unique activities independently in our relaxed outdoor setting. 3 Group Bookings Information & Activities at Hedgend Maze Please, feel free to tailor your own special package for your day at Hedgend Maze. If you require special needs, we can help cater for these to suit you and your guests, best. Entry 4 hour Venue Hire (includes Stables Building) Please note this does not give you exclusive rights to our Group Booking Discounts are available when pre- purchasing in excess of 20 Adult admissions to Hedgend. This entry fee covers all attractions and activities within the park. Night Functions include exclusive use of park. Meet one of the Valleys best wine makers and he will intimately take you through each of his wines and you get to continue to drink his wine for the remainder of your event. Finger food Lunch will be served in the stables. Package 2 Min 3 hour duration $80.00 package per person - Includes admission into Hedgend Maze, an additional fun team building activity ages and abilities, and run for an additional 1.5hours during your day. Finger food Lunch will be served in the stables, served with delicious local wines. Package 3 Min 3 hour duration $62.00 package per person - Includes admission into Hedgend Maze, an additional fun team building activity ages and abilities, and run for an additional 1.5hours during your stay. Finger food Lunch will be served in the stables, and you BYO. Package 4 Min 3 hour duration $34.00 package per person - Includes admission into Hedgend Maze and explore our attractions. All equipment and sugar included, does not include staff. Car Rally Why not have some fun! We are happy to supply with our own car rally instructions. Free service Santa Suit $80.00 hire Santa s Elves Activity Tent $320 Kids Host (max 25 kids per host) $360 Add $60 for every host there after. We entertain the kids amongst our park attractions for 2 Hrs, whilst adults can relax. (Adults must be on the property). Extra Host for Santa s Elves or Kids Host $80 per extra host Jumping Castle Price on enquiry Photo Booth Hire - $ Menu We allow groups to customize their event, allowing other vendors to trade on our property. A) We are happy for you to supply Food Trucks. There are so many food trucks from woodfire pizza, sushi, coffee trucks (etc) to choose from. Because you are offering a vendor the opportunity to run their business on our property, there is a cost to the vendor of $ per truck or 10% of the total cost of catering, which ever is greater. The reason that we do this is easily seen in the breakdown of our costs associated with vendors, (Hedgend would include these associated costs in our catering prices if we were to supply you with our catering). This cost is similar to rent for the day. They are renting a space to be able to provide you with their food. Trucks can leave damage on our lawns and a large portion of this pays for the costs of cleaning up; vendors typically don't come back to clean up the day after. Sometimes it takes days for our staff to clean up their waste left behind in attractions, gardens etc due to the large grounds. If you are interested in the sorts of vendors that are in the Yarra Valley, consider going to one of the many local markets and outlets on offer to see and taste a variety of local food vans that already operate in our area. Please note Hedgend requests that all vendors insurance cover must satisfy our needs and they also accept our term of $200 per vendoror 10% associated costs of catering for your function. B) Otherwise feel free to bring along your own catering company. We have a brilliant outdoor BBQ grill kitchen they can use and outdoor power behind the stables for a cooking/storage truck. As long as they have the required insurance cover note to satisfy our needs, and they also accept the terms of $200 per vendor or 10% of the total associated costs of catering for your function (which ever is greater), they re most welcome to work from our property.
