The museum's facilities are ideally situated for special events with opportunities for guests to view a vast array of aircraft from all corners of the world. All events booked at the Museum are supported by a complete range of guest services, making it perfect for any group occasion. Our special events staff is ready to assist with any request, down to the smallest detail to make your event memorable. The Museum offers a number of Theme Parties, where guests enjoy unique events centered around exciting themes and held inside hangars where they are surrounded by historic aircraft. 2 EVENT SPACES The Pima Air & Space Museum is the perfect location for your next special event. Over 20,000 square feet of event space under the wings of beautiful aircraft. The museum's facilities are ideally situated for special events with opportunities for guest to view a vast array of aircraft from all corners of the world. All events booked at the museum are supported by a complete range of guest services, making it perfect for any group ocassion. Our main event space, Flight Central, is located in the Main Hangar. The space accommodates groups of under the wings of a beautifully restored F-4 Thunderbird, an F-14 Tomcat and even the T-33 John Wayne flew against in the movie Jet Pilot. The Main Hangar has suffcient space to host a high-end reception for as many as 900 guests. Flight Grill, our quick-service restaurant is available for breakfast meetings, luncheons and after hours for smaller gatherings of people. The grill features floor to ceiling windows and a lovely patio. The Stitt Auditorium is a large, air conditioned room that is available for meetings both large and small. Included in your meeting room rental is admission to the Museum during normal operating hours. All event spaces are serviced by our wonderful chefs from Flight Grill. 3 WEDDINGS & REHEARSAL DINNERS The Pima Air & Space Museum is truly a magical place to hold a wedding reception. We are one of the only locations in Southern Arizona where you can host over 500 guests in one location with room for a dance floor too! Our space has beautiful special event lighting, a sound system and your guests are surrounded by historic aircraft. Our chefs meet with you to choose the perfect meal for your evening and our event staff will ensure that the whole event flows smoothly. Dates go quickly in wedding season, so please call or events@pimaair.org and we will check the event calendar for you.

We are happy to customize a menu for your group and will work closely with you to ensure that your chosen menu is prepared exactly as you wish.

The grill chefs prepare everything fresh each day pizza, hand-pressed burgers, gourmet sandwiches and Southwestern specialities.

4 CORPORATE EVENTS CORPORATE EVENTS CATERING We have excellent in-house catering provided by our Flight Grill chefs. We are able to host breakfast meetings, school groups, business luncheons and amazing evening events of every sort. We are happy to customize a menu for your group and will work closely with you to ensure that your chosen menu is prepared exactly as you wish. We have a wonderful restaurant on property that is open 9:30-4:30 pm daily. The grill chefs prepare everything fresh each day pizza, hand-pressed burgers, gourmet sandwiches and Southwestern specialities. They take your order at the actual 'grill' and the food is delivered to your table. It takes a little longer than a normal 'museum' restaurant, but that is because each meal is made to order.we feel it s well worth the wait, and the wait is worth it. If you do have a large group coming in, we are happy to pre-make your sandwiches or wraps. We also offer a "Sky Pass" voucher that allows you to be able to budget while still giving your group a choice of entree, side, beverage and dessert. 5 KID BIRTHDAY PARTIES The Pima Air & Space Museum is a perfect place to let your child celebrate his or her birthday! Kids 6 and under always enjoy FREE admission to the museum as do Members. You may pre-order from our youth menu and the adults may order from the regular Flight Grill menu or we can do whole pizzas. We offer fantastic hand-scooped ice cream, but if you would prefer to bring in a birthday cake, we are happy to store it for you. We can only offer the use of the tables and chairs in the Flight Grill and can only store cake for you if you are actually purchasing lunch from Flight Grill. Please call us at Birthday Party Menu Four Saturdays a month we offer public FAMILY PROGRAMS in the Dorothy Finley Space Gallery at 1:00pm and your group is welcome to join in. First Saturday of the Month Model Airplane Building (recommended for ages 8 and up or as a parent-child tandem project 1 child per parent). Second Saturday of the Month Imagine Rockets (recommended for ages 8 and up) Third Saturday of the Month How Things Fly (recommended for ages 8 and up) Fourth Saturday of the Month Young Flyers Fun (recommended for ages 4 to 7) Please contact Mina Stafford at mstafford@pimaair.org or to make reservations for these programs.
