Yule Love It Lunch Buffet November 30, December 1 4, 7-11, and Join us for the "Yule Love It" lunch buffet, a Fairmont Palliser holiday tradition. This seasonal favorite features all the holiday classics. It's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the holiday season with friends, family and coworkers- a great option for a small office Christmas celebration. Ho Ho Ho! Served Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. $42/adult, $21/child (6 to 12-years-old), $32/senior, children five-years-old and under are free. Includes coffee and tea. Festive Sunday Bubbly Brunch December 6, 13, 20 Join us for our Sunday Bubbly Brunch with full holiday festive flair and feature buffet menu. Served in The Rimrock Dining Room from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. for $59/adult, $29.50/child (6 to 12-yearsold), $49/senior, and children five-years old and under are free. Bubble Add-Ons: $20 for endless sparkling wine (max. three glasses/person) or bottle of Canard Duchene champagne (organic selection from France) for $79/bottle. Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet December 24 Savour the creations of Fairmont Palliser s award winner culinary team as you visit Calgary s castle before the man in red arrives. Served in The Rimrock Dining Room on Thursday, December 24 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. for $89/adult, $44.50/child (6 to 12-years-old), $79/senior, children five-yearsold and under are free. Christmas Day Dinner Buffet December 25 Turn moments into memories on Christmas Day. This traditional brunch buffet is complete with all the holiday fixings. Served in the Crystal Ballroom on Friday, December 25 from 2 to 7:30 p.m. $120/adult, $60/child (6 to 12-years-old), $110/senior, and children five-years-old and under are free. Includes live music and children's activities. Boxing Day Dinner Buffet December 26 Served in The Rimrock Dining Room on Saturday, December 26 with seating starting at 5:30 p.m. for $79/adult, $39.50/child (6 to12-years-old), $69/senior and children five-years-old and under are free.

4 New Year s Eve Five-Course Dinner in The Rimrock December 31 Served in The Rimrock Dining Room on Thursday, December 31, with seating times available at 5:30, 6 and 9 p.m. as well. $129/person. New Year s Eve in the Oak Room Lounge December 31 Celebrate with delightful Fairmont cuisine as the Oak Room features the Fall/Winter 15/16 lounge menu and its newly released signature cocktail menu!
