3 Saturday Night s Banquet Our group is being given a private banquet room for the hospitality/meeting prior as well as a larger banquet room for the Saturday night banquet. This year we will be provided with a Hill Country BBQ buffet for the price of $39.00 per person, inclusive of gratuities and sales tax. Dinner Includes: Texas Field Green with Candied Pecans and a Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing Corn on the Cob Bourbon Baked Beans Grilled Chicken Breast with Memphis BBQ Smoked Brisket of Beef in BBQ Sauce Jalapeno Corn Bread and Butter Dessert Please detach and return the portion below with your registration (You don t have to send your dinner money right now, but we just want to know how many plan to attend the banquet.) 4 Additional Information Our group is being given a banquet room for the hospitality room in which we are allowed our own food and beverages. This room will also be used for our Saturday 3:00 meeting. All guest rooms and inside areas are non-smoking, but you may smoke outside in certain areas. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; however, if you come in earlier you may be able to check in, but you will to ask about storing your belongings. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Transportation If you are flying in for the reunion, we encourage you to fly into the San Antonio International Airport which is 20 minutes (16.9 miles) from the Hotel. From there you will need to obtain a Taxi unless you will be renting a vehicle. Activities The agenda consists of checking in at the hospitality room on Thursday, a meeting on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and the Banquet on Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m. The rest of the time you will be on your own to sightsee as you wish. On those days people often carpool if they are going to be doing the same thing. Dennis and I will be there at least one day in advance.

5 Sightseeing There are enough things to see and places to go to keep you very busy! This list includes, but is certainly not limited to: Of course, the famous Riverwalk where there are restaurants, shopping and boat rides on the river. Shops at Rivercenter At the AMC Alamo IMAX you can see Alamo the Price of Freedom in IMAX. Within walking distance from the Riverwalk is the Alamo. Also in this area you can obtain tickets for the Hop-on Hop-off Tours. The bus stops every 20 minutes at each location. There are approximately 18 stops which include many popular points of interest. There is also a Mission tour as well. Visitors Center Buckhorn Saloon and Texas Ranger Museum Tower of the Americas San Fernando Cathedral Market Square King William Historic District VFW Post 76 (the oldest post in Texas) Guiness World Records Museum Briscoe Western Art Museum Witte Museum San Antonio Zoo San Antonio Aquarium Sea World, San Antonio There are several other Museums, parks, gardens etc. to explore Fort Sam Huston Restaurants, restaurants, restaurants!
