2 Request to Provide Sample Wine Application WINE/BEVERAGE APPLICATION SAVOR Catering by SMG has the exclusive food, beverage, and alcohol distribution rights on the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center s property. Exhibitors and sponsoring organizations may sell and/ or distribute wine/beverage products with prior written authorization ONLY. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Corkage fees may apply. NOTE: All vendors MUST receive prior approval and confirmation by the Director of Food & Beveage. At the discretion of the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, exhibitors who do not comply will be asked to remove the items from the facility or be subject to fees and/or commissions. GENERAL CONDITIONS Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured or produced by the exhibiting firm. All items distributed are limited to SAMPLE sizes. a. Beverages limited to maximum of 1.5 ounces in 3 ounce or smaller container b. You must ID anyone who appears under the age of 35 c. The patron(s) must have a valid ID - Valid ID is current Drivers License, Military ID, State-Issued ID Card, Passport or Green Card d. Refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or underage Standard fees for storage, handling, delivery, etc. will be charged where applicable. The applicant named on the next page acknowledges they have sole responsibility for use, service and disposal of such items in compliance with all applicable laws. Accordingly, the applicant agrees to indemnify and forever hold harmless SMG Food & Beverage, Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, Cabarrus County Government and its agents from all liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from their use distribution or other dispensed wine/beverage items.
