3 General Infmation Location: Conveniently Located on the Waterway in Barefoot Landing 4738-A Highway 17, Nth Myrtle Beach, SC Shares parking lot with Alabama Theatre Walking Distance to House of Blues Across the Street from Ocean Creek Rest, Beach Cove Rest and Nth Beach Plantation < 2 miles from Myrtle Beach Mall & Bass Pro Shop < 3 miles from Tanger Outlets < 3.5 Miles from Kingston Plantation < 5 miles from The Carolina Opry Policies: Groups of 18+ guests qualify f group rates. A signed contract and $150 deposit is required f any event. Space is reserved on a first come first served basis. Smokin Hot Grill & BBQ reserves the right to change the proposed pricing and menu items at anytime. Confirmations are subject to availability at time of booking. Full payment* and final guarantee are due three business days pri to event. *Payment can be made by company check credit card. Comps: One complimentary meal will be given per 25 paying guests. Late Arrival: If arriving me than 30 minutes beyond the contracted start time, Smokin Hot reserves the right to cancel event and all applicable fees will apply. Event Confirmation: To confirm an event, an executed contract must be signed and a $150 deposit must be paid as outlined below. Smokin Hot will not confirm an event without having both a deposit and an executed contract. Final menu and bar selections are due one month pri to the event. Once your event is confirmed, we guarantee your group a space at our restaurant f the specified date and time. 3

4 Deposit/Payments/Cancellations $150 deposit is due upon the execution of contract Final Balance is due 3 Business days pri to event Payments can be made by cash, credit card company check. Event will not begin until balance is paid in full. We require a credit card on file f any additional charges (bar, etc.) Payment f such charges is due at the end of the event. Should an event be cancelled, deposits are non-refundable. All cancellation notices must be made in writing. Smokin Hot will make a reasonable efft to transfer over any deposits and payments if a client must change the event date. To transfer funds, client must ask f date change in writing, at least (30) days pri to the event. Final Guest Guarantee Smokin Hot must be notified of the exact number of attendees by 12:00pm, three (3) business days pri to event. This will be considered the final guarantee. Client will be charged f the final guarantee the actual number of attendees, whichever is higher. Smokin Hot cannot be responsible f me than 10% over the guarantee. Miscellaneous No food drink can be brought onto the premises without express written consent from Smokin Hot. Because of insurance regulations, Smokin Hot cannot allow Client to provide own alcohol. Also, Smokin Hot cannot allow leftover food to be removed from the premises. All decations and displays must be pre-approved by Smokin Hot. All decations and displays must be free standing without attachments to walls, ceilings flos. Smokin Hot reserves the right to exclude eject any and all objectionable persons from the premises without liability. Client shall conduct its event in an derly manner and in full compliance with the rules of both Smokin Hot and Barefoot Landing as well as all applicable laws, dinances and regulations. The use of Smokin Hot s logo is allowed with written consent from Smokin Hot. Smokin Hot must approve any and all materials that use it s logo befe release. Smokin Hot does not assume responsibility f damage loss of any equipment, materials, merchandise articles left on premises pri to, during following an event. 4

5 Seating Options Dining Room: Our dining room is best f large families and groups. It can accommodate up to 50 guests. Déc is Casual and inviting. Although it is not a private room, it is surrounded by three walls and offers a defined event space. Waterfront Deck: Our waterfront deck can be reserved f groups desiring a view and a me rustic eating environment. Seating on our deck is picnic tables and high tops and can accommodate up to 30 guests. Please be advised that the deck is not covered and is not recommended during inclement weather. Should inclement weather (rain high winds) occur during a scheduled event, Smokin Hot would provide alternate indo seating f the event. 5
