5 CATERING Moving Venue are the sole in-house caterers at Landing Forty Two, boasting over 34 years of experience. They combine traditional experience and contemporary outlook to serve bespoke, vibrant and expertly crafted cuisine for all manner of events at Landing Forty Two.

6 SAMPLE DINNER MENU 2 STARTER Golden cross goats cheese terrine with pickled watermelon,golden beetrootpesto, and honey vinegar dressing. MAIN Pan-fried Mediterranean sea bass, hearts of palm beignets, warm salad of French beans, feves and tomberries with an orange tarragon beurre blanc. DESSERT Passion fruit parfait wrapped in dark chocolate sponge, praline royaltine crunch, passion gel and chocolate meringues. SAMPLE MENU Catering provided exclusively by: SAMPLE CANAPÉS Japanese tuna with avocado on rice paper. Beef tartare, horseradish, crispy onion Asian pork with spring onion and chilli salsa. Porcini mushroom cigars (v). Sweet potato tortilla with Peruvian chimichurri (v). Salted caramel chocolate crunch cups. SAMPLE BOWLS Slow-braised pork belly, cider-braised cream lentils, savoy cabbage, and roast apples. Grilled fillet sea bream, lobster risotto, parsley gremolata. Seared fillet of beef with pickled black radish and wasabi. Salt-baked Jerusalem artichoke with watercress and mustard (v). Lychee and jasmine. SAMPLE DINNER MENU 1 STARTER Prawn cocktail with pickled prawns, cucumber and mango jelly, sriracha sauce. MAIN Sticky glazed beef short rib, potato fondant, charred Romaine lettuce, cauliflower puree, English asparagus, toasted pistachio crumb and pan juices. DESSERT Wild strawberry and white chocolate mousse, finished in a pink crust, fraise de bois gel, red chocolate décor, strawberry sherbet and Szechuan pepper ice cream

Savills The event team were very efficient, meeting our every request; from the initial conversations and throughout, we were offered site visits, branding options, and we were allowed to alter the event space as we wished. We were provided with previous event examples for inspiration including table plans and event images. The food was very high quality with a large range of offerings, and the catering staff were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this venue for any event, the panoramic views.
