2 R ENTAL FEES & G UIDELINES Thank you for your interest in Thornapple Creek Golf Club. Thornapple Creek is a great place for wedding receptions, special events, parties, or business meetings. Our unique log cabin clubhouse accommodates events up to 100 people and our larger outdoor reception facility is a MUST SEE and seats up to 200. WEDDING RECEPTION RENTALS Main Floor Cabin + Bar Area + Outside Patio $1000 Main Floor Cabin + Bar Area... $700 EVENT GUIDELINES A minimum of $4500 applies on Saturdays in June through September. (Includes rental fees, food, beverage, tax & gratuity) During June, July, August & September, weekend starting times for events must be 5pm or later. You will have the use of the facility for 5 hours upon guest arrival, provided all guests exit the premises by midnight. If you require the room for more than 5 hours, there will be a $300/hour additional fee. Last call will be given one hour before the 5-hour time block expires. Thornapple Creek reserves the right to discontinue service at anytime. Entertainment including DJ s, live bands, and all music must conclude one half hour before the 5 hour time block expires to ensure that all equipment and persons have vacated the premises at the allotted time. Thornapple Creek must provide all food and beverage. The only exception would be the wedding cake or dessert. Thornapple Creek requires a confirmed count at least 14 days prior to the event. You will be charged for at least that count. The dining rooms as well as the outdoor patio area are smoke-free. We do have designated smoke areas for those guests. You are in charge of the set-up and tear down of all outside decorations. Should additional clean up be required we reserve the right to an additional $150 fee. The rental fee serves as your deposit. However, in the event that loss or damage occurs to our property or items belonging to Thornapple Creek, we reserve the right to charge you for said loss. Payment of both food and beverage is due 7 days prior to the event. Sunday Afternoon Rental $500 (3 hour time frame) Ceremony Fee $500 Facility rental includes the use of the facility for 5 hours or until midnight, all banquet tables, chairs, linens (color of your choice), dinnerware and glassware. Ceremony Fee includes set up and tear down, white chairs, use of the locker room for 2 hours prior & 1 hour rehearsal. The rental fee serves as your non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
