1 Standard Chartered Rewards+ Credit Card Merchant Promotion ( Rewards+ Merchant Promotion ) Terms & Conditions 1. The terms and conditions mentioned in this section are a common set of terms and conditions applicable to: 1. Standard Chartered Cathay Cineplex Platinum Movie Suites Privileges ( Rewards+ Cathay Movie Promotion ); and 2. Standard Chartered Fullerton Dining Promotion ( Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion ). 2. The individual terms and conditions for each of the specific promotions are defined below in their respective sections. 3. To be eligible for all the promotions & services listed below, you must hold a valid Standard Chartered Rewards+ Credit Card (the "Rewards+ Card") issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited ("SCB" or the Bank ) as a cardholder ( Rewards+ Cardholder ). 4. The Rewards+ Card account must be valid (i.e. must not be suspended, cancelled or terminated), in good standing, and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by the Bank in its discretion. 5. All the promotions mentioned below are valid from 1 May 2018 to 31 March 2019, unless stated otherwise. 6. By participating in the Rewards+ Merchant Promotion and any of the specific promotions listed below, you consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of your telephone number to contact you about products and promotions offered by the Bank from time to time via telephone, SMS or multimedia messaging. Such consent will supersede any prior choices made by you. Such consent will also prevail even if you are registered or subsequently register your contact information with the national Do Not Call Registry. 7. The Bank reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice: a. terminate, withdraw, shorten or extend the promotions listed below in the Bank s sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice or reason; and/or b. vary, modify, add or delete any of the terms of the promotions listed below. The Rewards+ Cardholder agrees and consents to be bound by any such variation. 8. These Standard Chartered Rewards+ Credit Card Merchant Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Standard Chartered Rewards+ Credit Card Promotion ( Rewards+ Card Promotion ) Terms and Conditions found at sc.com/sg/rewardsplustncs, our Customer Terms, Credit Card Terms and Standard Chartered 360 Rewards Programme ("Other Terms"). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency. 9. The Bank reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with these promotions, including your eligibility for the respective promotions. The Bank s determination of all matters relating to this shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained. 10. In the event the Bank has determined that a Rewards+ Cardholder has irregularly or wrongly redeemed any gifts/vouchers/cashback/rebates/privileges from the Bank, or where the Bank has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that the Rewards+ Cardholder would not have been entitled to redeem the gifts/vouchers/cashback/rebates/privileges (including but not limited to where the charges used to meet the minimum spend were reversed or refunded), the Bank reserves the right to claw back the gifts/vouchers/cashback/rebates/privileges or to deduct the value of the gifts / vouchers / cashback / rebates / privileges (or such other amount as it deems fit) from the Rewards+ Cardholder s account(s) with the Bank. 11. All charges mentioned below are subject to GST and service charges where applicable.

2 12. Privileges mentioned below cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions and vouchers. 13. Privileges are not valid on eve and on Public Holidays and other special occasions, unless otherwise stated. 14. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided. Any dispute about quality or performance of the product and/or service is to be resolved directly with the merchant. The Bank and the respective merchants reserve the right to vary their terms and conditions governing the promotion without prior notice. 15. The Bank accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by any merchant or service provider. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the respective merchants shall be final. 16. All information is correct at the time of printing or posting online. 2

3 Part 1 - Standard Chartered Cathay Cineplex Platinum Movie Suites Privileges ( Rewards+ Cathay Movie Promotion ) 1. This Rewards+ Cathay Movie Promotion is applicable to both Principal and Supplementary Rewards+ Cardholders. 2. Under this Rewards+ Cathay Movie Promotion, Rewards+ Cardholders will be entitled to a complimentary Cathay Cineplex Platinum Movie Suites Ticket for every equivalent Cathay Cineplex Platinum Movie Suites Ticket purchased. 3. Terms of usage include the following: a. Full payment of the Cathay Cineplex Platinum Movie Suites Ticket purchased must be made using the Standard Chartered Rewards+ Card for Rewards+ Cardholders to enjoy this privilege. b. Purchase of Cathay Cineplex Platinum Movie Suites Ticket must be performed over the counter at Cathay Cineplex Ticketing Counters. c. The Rewards+ Cathay Movie Promotion is valid from 1 May 2018 to 31 March 2019 for the first 1,500 redemptions only. d. The Rewards+ Cathay Movie Promotion is valid for up to 5 daily complimentary redemptions per cardholder. 4. Privileges are not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated. 5. Privileges are subject to the individual merchant s terms and conditions. Please check with the relevant merchant or outlet concerned. 3

4 Part 2 - Standard Chartered Fullerton Dining Promotion ( Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion ) 1. This Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion is applicable to both Principal and Supplementary Rewards+ Cardholders. 2. Under this Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion, Rewards+ Cardholders and their dining companions (the Dining Party ) may enjoy up to 50% off A La Carte Food Items and selected buffets (as defined in Clause 6(c) and Clause 6 (d) of Part 2 below) at all 9 participating dining establishments of The Fullerton Hotel & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. The amount of discount the Dining Party will enjoy depends on the number of Guests (as defined below in this Clause 3 of Part 2) contained in such Dining Party and is subject to satisfaction of all terms and conditions of this Part Guests for purposes of this Part 2 means: a. the relevant Rewards+ Cardholder that orders at least 1 A La Carte Food Item (as defined in Clause 6(c) of Part 2 below); and b. such Rewards+ Cardholder s dining companions that are 7 years of age and above that each order at least 1 A La Carte Food Item (as defined in Clause 6(c) of Part 2 below). To illustrate, if a Dining Party comprise 2 Guests (1 of which is the Rewards+ Cardholder) and a child who is of the age of seven (7) and above who does not order 1 A La Carte Food Item, such child will not be a Guest for purposes of this Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion. The discount under this Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion on A La Carte Food Items (as defined in Clause 6(c) of Part 2 below) ordered is that applicable for a Dining Party made up of 2 Guests. 4. The full discount structure is described below. Dining Promotion Description for a Dining Party (only applicable to A La Carte Food Items refer to Clause 6 of Part 2 below for terms of usage and exclusions) Rewards+ Cardholder plus 1 Guest (2 Guests in total) Rewards+ Cardholder plus 1 Guest and 1 child that does not fulfil the requirement of a Guest (2 Guests in total) Rewards+ Cardholder plus 2 Guests (3 Guests in total) Rewards+ Cardholder plus 3 Guests (4 Guests in total) Discount on A La Carte Food Items and selected buffets (as defined in Clause 6(c) of Part 2 below) Rewards+ Cardholder plus 4 7 Guests (5 to 8 Guests in total) 15% 15% on the 8 highest A La Carte Rewards+ Cardholder plus 8 or more Guests Food Items will be those with the highest value in the total bill Rewards+ Cardholder only (1 Guest in total) 15% 5. The 9 participating dining establishments of The Fullerton Hotel & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore comprise the following: a. Jade (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore); b. The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore); c. Town Restaurant (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore); d. Post Bar (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore); e. The Courtyard (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore); f. La Brasserie (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore); g. The Landing Point (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore); h. Lantern (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore); and i. The Clifford Pier (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore), (collectively, the Participating Dining Establishments ). 50% 50% 33% 25% 4

5 6. Terms of usage include the following: a. Full payment of the final bill at the Participating Dining Establishments must be made using the Rewards+ Card for Rewards+ Cardholders and their Guests to enjoy the discount under this Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion. b. The Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion is valid from 1 May 2018 to 31 March 2019 ( Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion Promotion Period ). c. The Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion is valid for a la carte food only and selected buffets as listed in Clause 6d, which excludes set menus, promotional menus, children s menus (as set out in more details in Clause 6(l) below), buffets which are not listed in Clause 6(d), drinks, banquet, catering, takeaway, private dining, service charge and GST ( A La Carte Food Items ). d. Buffets and corresponding restaurants which offers the eligible buffet that are valid for the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion are set out in the table below. Restaurant Eligible Buffet Validity (subject to Clause 6(f) of Part 2 below) Town Restaurant (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore) The Courtyard (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore) International Buffet Lunch Brimming Buffet Dinner Chocolate Buffet Afternoon Tea Indian Curry Buffet Monday to Friday Daily Friday and Saturday Daily Monday to Friday e. Valid from Mondays to Sundays with the exception of the selected Buffets, validity is listed in clause. For the avoidance of doubt, the entirety of The Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion is subject to Clause 6(f) of Part 2 below. f. The Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion is not valid on the eve of public holidays, on public holidays themselves and other blackout dates as determined by the merchant, including but not limited to the 15 days of Chinese New Year, Valentine s Day, Easter Weekend, Mother s Day, Father s Day, F1 Weekend and Thanksgiving, unless stated otherwise. g. The discount on A La Carte Food Items available under the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion to the Dining Party depends on the number of Guests in such Dining Party. h. The discount available on the A La Carte Food items ordered by members of a Dining Party is applicable on a maximum of 8 A La Carte Food Items if the Dining Party comprises 9 or more Guests. For the avoidance of doubt, the Dining Party must contain the Rewards+ Cardholder and the Rewards+ Cardholder must be a Guest. If a Dining Party comprises 10 diners and 9 A La Carte Food Items are ordered, such Dining Party consists of 9 Guests. the 15% discount will be applied on a maximum of 8 A La Carte Food Items and such A La Carte Food Items will be those with the highest value in the total bill. i. Splitting of bills are not permitted. Only one Rewards+ Card is to be used for every bill and the Rewards+ Cardholder must be 1 of the diners for that particular restaurant bill to participate in the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion. j. Menus, prices, change of concept, participating outlets and operating hours are subject to changes during the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion Promotion Period. k. The Reward+ Fullerton Dining Promotion is not applicable with other discounts or promotions run by The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and/or Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. Advance reservations are required during promotions run by The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and/or Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore and high occupancy at restaurants at hotels may restrict seating availability. l. Children will be considered as a Guest for the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion only if the child orders from the full priced adult a la carte menu. For the avoidance of doubt, meals ordered from the children s menu as indicated and determined by the dining establishments of The Fullerton Hotel & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore listed out in Clause 5 of Part 2 above will not be eligible for the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion. 5

6 m. The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore may restrict seating availability at specific restaurants during high occupancy. An allocation will be made for Rewards+ Cardholders when required. Advance reservations quoting your status as a Rewards+ Cardholder will be required. Tables may not be available to Rewards+ Cardholders in selected restaurants in the event the allocation for Rewards+ Cardholders have been taken up on specific dates. 7. Privileges are not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated. 8. Privileges are subject to the individual merchant s terms and conditions. Please check with the relevant merchant or outlet concerned. 9. A person who is not a party to the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of the Rewards+ Fullerton Dining Promotion Terms and Conditions. 6
