2 Problem In the Restaurant business the key to success is a happy customer who returns again and again. But there are things that can ruin Customer s positive experience. Lack of service for delivery or table reservations; A large number of calls for booking tables and the need for operators; High workload on the staff during the business working hours; Slow service from Customer s perspective; Further communication with Customers for higher retention rate.
3 Our Solution WaitronBot is a simple and intuitive ordering chatbot, based on Facebook Messenger. Primarily, it was developed for restaurants to simplify and speed up order-taking routine. It consists of a chatbot (intuitive interface for your customers) and an admin panel for restaurant and staff. The last displays all information about the orders and reservations. There you can create & manage orders, table reservations, and deliveries, see statistics, edit menu, communicate with customers, etc. Waitron bot is convenient for both restaurant customers and staff: visitors can place orders and book tables in a few clicks, and waiters get a great help during rush hours.
4 What is Chatbot? Chatbot is a computer program that simulates human conversation. It is widely used as a customer support option to automate routine tasks and provide instant questions to standard questions. Also, it is often leveraged for customer engagement, customer insights gathering and in marketing strategies.
5 Why restaurants need chatbots? Online website ordering and apps for restaurants have long been main options for food delivery. But chatbots is a better alternative to online and app ordering for a couple of reasons: chatbots can engage with potential customers on Messanger - a platform they use daily; chatbots create an illusion of good human communication, which helps building relationships with customers; there is no need for customers to download one more app or to go to the site; chatbot implementation and maintenance is cheaper and easier than creating websites or apps.
