ROSSPARK HOTEL CIVIL CEREMONIES The room hire costs stipulated in our wedding brochure is for use of the Ross Suite from 5.00pm onwards on the day of the reception. Therefore, if a civil ceremony is to be held in the Hotel there would be a slight additional room hire cost for using the Ross Suite before the Reception which covers heating, lighting, change in set up and because this room cannot be used for anything else during the day. It is also possible to dress the room with flowers and candles which would be supplied by the Bride and Groom according to their personal tastes and requirements.
