For anyone who still has room, Talkbar will be open until 10pm for any refreshments. Before departing on Boxing Day, enjoy a full English breakfast in our OutsideIn Restaurant per person Children (under 12) Stay for free in the adult s room, or for half adult price in an adjoining room. Meals are not included when staying for free in the adult s room. Upgrade to an executive room for 30 per package The room includes all of the features and contemporary styling of a double, plus a king size bed, in room safe and executive refreshment tray. All accommodation subject to availability. Terms and conditions All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 10 days pending receipt of written confirmation and a nonrefundable deposit of per person. Deposit for Christmas day and New Year s Eve per person. All alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing. Full pre-payment is required 28 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-transferable. Once final payment is made no refunds or credit vouchers will be given. We will however try to resell the places released but give no guarantee that this will be done. In the event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternate date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
