3 Weddings at House for an Art Lover We are delighted you are considering House for an Art Lover as your wedding venue. Please find enclosed our illustrative guide which provides you with a selection of menus and drinks packages. We can tailor your menus and drinks packages to suit your individual requirements. Availability & Capacity House for an Art Lover is available to hire for your wedding ceremony, meal and evening party on any day of the week. You have access to the House on the day of your wedding from 2pm onwards. Please note that we have a minimum booking requirement of 60 adult guests for your meal on a Friday and Saturday. Reservations We are happy to hold a date provisionally for 14 days. Within 14 days of placing this booking we would ask you to confirm the date by completing our confirmation booking form and enclosing a non-refundable deposit of 950. Should we not receive the deposit within 14 days, we are obliged to release the provisional reservation. Approximately eight weeks before your event, we will agree final menus and prices with you. Two weeks before your event, full payment of your bill is due. Prices There is a venue hire charge to hold your wedding reception at the House of 950. Your venue hire charge includes: Table linen, glassware and crockery Floral decorations for your tables* Personalised menus and place cards Guest table plan Silver cake stand (round or square) and knife If you wish to hold your wedding ceremony at the House, there will be an additional venue charge of 250. There may also be an extra payment required for the person conducting the ceremony which should be paid directly to them. All prices quoted within the brochure include VAT.
