11 terms & conditions Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, nontransferrable deposit. Failure to provide a deposit may result in the release of your booking. Deposit requirements are as follows: 5 for Lunch, 10 for Dinner or Party Night, 20 for New Years Eve Gala and 75 for New Years Eve Residential Package. Full payment of the event is payable no later than 1 month prior to the event date. Bookings made after 1st December must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is to be paid by one member of the party, individual payments will not be accepted. Final details, including final numbers, pre-orders and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 1 month prior to the event date. Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in loss of deposits. If the hotel receives your cancellation less than 7 days prior to the date of your event, full payment will be retained. The hotel reserves the right to make alterations without prior notice.and the right to amalgamate any events to ensure appropriate party numbers. Parties with fewer than 10 guests may be seated with larger tables to ensure a balanced table plan. Children are classified as 4 years to 12 years of age. Children under 4 years of age are free. It is strictly forbidden for guests to bring their own alcohol/food into the hotel. The management reserve the right to confiscate/ charge for items. A credit/debit card is required to guarantee accommodation bookings. Payment will be processed on departure. If any event has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the hotel will rearrange the event for a more suitable date.
