New Year s Eve Dinner THE NEXT STEPS Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payment. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders by four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made. Reserve one of our guest rooms at a festive rate of per room on a room-only basis. Offer excludes New Year s Eve and is subject to availability. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. 6 CHILDREN S CHRISTMAS PARTY GATESHEAD SUITE A chance for your children to wear their party outfits and celebrate Christmas in style. Mingle from Noon onwards in the Gateshead Suite Foyer before the festivities begin at 12:30pm. During the afternoon, children and adults alike will be entertained by face painting, magic, giant toys and balloon modelling whilst enjoying a disco by our resident DJ. After a buffet lunch is served at 1:00pm, be sure to keep an eye out for Father Christmas who may make a surprise visit! Expect hats, crackers and novelties for everyone and of course, a present for the children from Santa Claus. The event will close at 4:00pm. Gather for a cocktail reception in Windows Bar from 7:00pm before enjoying a superb four-course dinner in a festive ambience with entertainment until Midnight. On Friday evenings, enjoy the smooth tones of Josh McLean and on Saturdays be entertained by the superb North East pianist Charles Gordon. This is a great alternative to the traditional Winter Wonderland Christmas Party.
