Whether you re getting together with friends and family, or arranging your office party, we ll provide all the food and drink, entertainment and atmosphere you could wish for. With a choice of packages from traditional feasts to theme nights, we promise you and your guests a Christmas to remember. The festivities needn t end with the last dance or drop of Champagne. Instead of taking a cab home, you can enjoy a comfortable night right here. The following room rates are per night and include a Full English breakfast. When most people are at home with their family and friends drinking, eating and relaxing, our staff are looking after and entertaining those they don t know. To ensure all our staff get some time at home we will be closed on boxing day. Christmas is one of our busiest times of the year and all our staff work exceptionally hard to ensure everybody has a great time with us. Being closed on boxing day means that they can enjoy at least one day with their family and friends. Our staff are our most important asset and we want to ensure they are well looked after. Terms and Conditions Any guest whose behaviour gives us cause for concern in any way will be asked to leave or will be refused admission. Any damage caused will be charged for. The Whitminster Inn cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to guests property, however caused. Please also note that under no circumstances will The Whitminster Inn accept alcohol being brought on to the premises unless purchased here. If this is the case then it will be confiscated and could result in your party being asked to leave the function. In signing, you accept the terms and conditions of this event. 1

5 New Year s Eve Join us for our fantastic Whitminster Hoedown and bring in the New Year in with a fabulous evening of entertainment! For this year s event we have taken our inspiration from the Deep South of America, and we think an evening of loud stomping music and moonshine is the perfect way to say hello to 2018! Sunday 31st December pm to 1.00am per person (over 18 s only) After your complimentary welcome drink, make your way to the food village to get your fill of anything you fancy - which is all included in the ticket price - hot wings, burgers, prawn gumbo, spicy beans, hot dogs, French dip, paella, beef brisket and more. It wouldn t be a hoedown without a knees up, so head for the Orchard Marquee in your finest cowboy or cowgirl gear for some fun and dancing, and party the night away with the incredible Jon Clare and the Dough Boys. As the clock strikes midnight, enjoy the finest fireworks around over the Orchard Marquee. Jon Clare and The Fabulous Doughboys have been performing their high energy live show since the late 80s. Led by founder member Jon Clare, the bands dynamic piano, bass & drums line up really packs a punch. How can a three piece make such a big noise? is a question that is commonly asked. The Fabulous Doughboys perform totally live with no backing tracks, relying only on pure musicianship and enthusiasm.
