After 17 years experience of hospitality and events management, I took the helm in March and have enjoyed getting to know our customers and staff. Thanks to helpful customer feedback, we have been conducting staff training throughout the year and have developed a strong front of house and kitchen team. Our new head chef has refreshed our restaurant and event menus as well as introducing new lunch and dinner offers.
