10 To make a booking Please contact the Festive Office on or mail@theorielhotel.com Office hours Monday Sunday 9am 5pm A non refundable deposit of 10 per person is required within 10 days of the provisional booking. Party bookings will automatically be released if the deposit is not received within 10 days. The full payment for the party booking will be required three weeks prior to the party along with the menu orders (if applicable) Terms and conditions Please note that for any cancellations received four weeks prior to the function, a 100% cancellation fee applies. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable. All payments are non refundable. In the event of cancellations we would recommend parties take out Event insurance, details available on request. It is the organiser s responsibility to ensure that all of their guests are aware of booking and payment terms. The Oriel Hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings where payment is not made by the due date, with no monies refunded. All party nights and New Year s Eve party are strictly over 18 s only. Should a guest have any food allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements then please inform your party organiser.
