Lunch will be served at 1pm. The evening starts at 7pm with a welcome glass of champagne and canapés. Dinner will be served at 8pm. At 1am, a selection of bacon baps, sausage rolls and a variety of paninis will be served. 5 Booking Terms and Conditions Completion of a booking fm does not constitute confirmation. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit and when the hotel has issued a written confirmation. This is required within 10 days of placing your booking. Balance payment is due 28 days pri to the event. F bookings of 10 people me, a separate contract will be issued. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the booking without pri notification and the spaces offered f re-sale. Once balance payment has been made no refunds will be given Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Should there be any change in this tax as a result of Government Policy, we reserve the right to amend as necessary. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
