Christmas Eve Monday 24th December Enjoy a free day to take in the many sights of York. Dinner will be served then hot toddies will welcome you back after the Midnight Service at York Minster. Christmas Day Tuesday 25th December Join us for a glass of fizz before Christmas Day lunch is served. Then get your thinking caps on for the DoubleTree Quiz, served with a light buffet in the evening. Boxing Day Wednesday 26th December Enjoy your final evening with a spectacular Gala Dinner and music by the Barlby Foot Tappers. New Year BREAK Come and spend New Year in the beautiful City of York and relax after the frenzy of Christmas! Book our informal package which gives you the freedom to shop and explore at your leisure. 30th December Arrive and enjoy a 4 course dinner at a time to suit you New Years Eve Monday 31st December Join us for a sparkling wine reception before a dinner is served in our restaurant. Enjoy live music from our resident singer with songs through the years as you eat then welcome the New Year in with traditional Haggis, Neeps and Tatties! New Years Day Tuesday 1st January Brunch is served in the restaurant so you can all enjoy a lie-in. On your last night enjoy a relaxing farewell dinner. Join us for 1, 2 or 3 nights New Year Break. Cancellations of individual guests or of the event will result in deposits being forfeited, as deposits are non-refundable or transferable. 5. The final balance is required a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. 6. Unfortunately cheques are no longer accepted. 7. In the unfortunate event of complete cancellation, the following charges will apply: More than 12 weeks from the event date - deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-sell the space for a similar event; 6-12 weeks 50% of total estimated value of the booking, no refund for cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the event. 8. Table plans may be subject to change and total final numbers for the event will be the deciding factor. 9. All prices include VAT at 20%. Should VAT increase we reserve the right to apply these costs to the final balance. 10. Service charge is made at the guests discretion and is not included in any of our prices.
