Our hotel is situated in the heart of Swansea City Centre and is just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful beaches and fantastic scenery that this area has to offer. With an award-winning team of Chefs, having gained an AA Rosette in the restaurant, you can be certain that we are able to cater for all tastes. If you do have something specific in mind, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to speak with our Chef in tailor-making a package just for you. You also have the option to have everything under one roof as we are licensed to hold Civil Marriage or Civil Partnership Ceremonies within the hotel. 5 WEDDING BREAKFAST Minimum of 40 guests required Your wedding breakfast price will depend upon your chosen main course for your special day and a minimum of 40 guests is required. The price will include a 5 course menu including coffee and chocolates we ask that you select one item per course for all guests and we can cater for vegetarians and dietary requirements separately. 12 PLANNING YOUR EVENT HOW TO BOOK Once you have visited the hotel and decided on a date, we can provisionally hold the requested date for up to 7 days without any commitment. In order to confirm the booking a contract will be sent out to you which you will be required to sign and return along with a deposit of this deposit is non-refundable & nontransferable. Final payment of the wedding is required 2 weeks prior to the event when all final details will have been confirmed. ACCOMMODATION On the wedding night a complimentary bedroom is offered to the bride and groom along with a full breakfast the following morning (applies to wedding breakfast bookings only). The hotel offers special accommodation rates for those guests who wish to stay the night, please confirm the current rate with the wedding coordinator. As part of the wedding breakfast package, we can hold up to 10 guest bedrooms at a discounted rate (subject to availability). HEALTH & FITNESS CLUB Guests wishing to stay overnight are welcome to use the hotel s leisure facilities including heated swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium. As part of the wedding breakfast package, the bride and groom will each receive one month s free membership to The Dragon Health & Fitness Club. CAR PARKING The hotel offers complimentary car parking at the back of the hotel, with a maximum of 50 spaces, on a first come first served basis. Additional (charged) parking facilities are available in the NCP on Orchard Street, which locks at 9pm but the hotel holds the keys for the gates to allow for out of hours access. CIVIL CEREMONIES The hotel is licensed for Civil Ceremonies. It is the responsibility of the bride and groom to make all arrangements with the registrar.
