16 F R E Q U E N T L Y A S K E D Q U E S T I O N S Are the Catering Managers Wedding Coordinators? No, our Catering Representatives specialize in food and beverage. If you need assistance in coordinating and detailing your wedding ceremony and/or reception, Hilton Garden Inn recommends hiring a wedding coordinator. What time is the ballroom available to me? Due to the high demand at the Hilton Garden Inn we offer two different time frames. All afternoon weddings should end by 4:00pm. 9-11am is the setup time and 11-4pm is reserved for your event. For the evening time frame setup is 4-6pm with the event taking place during the hours of 6-11pm. What size tables do you have and how many people can be seated? Hilton Garden Inn offers 60 inch rounds for tables of 6, or 8. What is your standard setup? Hilton Garden Inn provides white or ivory floor length linens and a Rust colored banquet chair. Do you offer a children s menu? Yes. For children ages 6-12 we will offer 50% off of the buffet price. Under the age of 5 will not be charged for the buffet. For plated dinners, we offer a children s chicken strip dinner. Can I store my flowers and cakes at the hotel prior to the event? Unfortunately, the Hilton Garden Inn cannot be responsible for storing these items. May I visit the hotel to look at the ballroom anytime prior to the wedding to get ideas of what it will look like? Absolutely, your Catering Representative will provide you with appropriate times when you can visit the site. Does the hotel provide center pieces? Yes we do. We provide round mirror tiles, 8 inch hurricane globes, 3 inches in a diameter and votive candles.
