THE SMALL PRINT (Terms & Conditions) A Deposit (Non refundable/non transferable) is required to confirm a booking. Remaining Balance and food pre-order due 4 weeks prior to event. In the event of a reduction in numbers of your party the deposits for the guests not attending are lost and cannot be used against the final payment of the remainder of your guests. All payments are final and non refundable. No alcohol or beverage of any kind may be brought into the hotel by any guests. You will be liable for the cost of any repairs carried out as result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises by the negligent wilful act/ default of any person in your party. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss to any parties property, however caused. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the non appearance of any acts booked, however the best alternative will be offered.
