All foods will lose heat at one-two degrees per hour when delivered. We supply sweet chilli & tomato sauce and white napkins. Just order a catering package above and we can deliver it. For an additional $50.00 we can supply white napkins, tomato & sweet chilli sauce, disposable foil oven trays and four melamine serving trays. All that you have to do is warm the food up. One staff member can cater for up to guest if numbers are just over we ask that you provide someone to serve or you can hire another staff member. When you hire a staff member we will provide white napkins, two sauces, serving trays and a small fryer all we require is an adequate oven if you do not have an oven just call and we can arrange an alternative. PLEASE NOTE. A travel fee for staff may apply if the function is outside our service area please enquire. Staff do not bring food with them you can pick it up or arrange delivery with us. SAUCES When you hire staff, we supply sweet chilli and tomato sauce unless specified. If you would like an extra range of sauces or relishes, we can provide this at a cost of $20.00 NAPKINS If you hire a staff member we provide white napkins if you would like a specific colour we can provide this for an additional $10.00 DELIVERY We deliver to most of Melbourne fee s do vary from $35 upwards please enquire. A surcharge applies on weekends and all deliveries after 4.30pm and before 9am. We do not deliver after 12pm on Sundays. Hot food deliveries can only be made from our hot food list we not deliver hot foods after 5pm on Saturday. If you have a special requirement just let us know and we will work with you.
