13 Wedding Receptions The Grand Ballroom The Grand Ballroom at Shaker Run Golf Club will accommodate up to 325 guests. The Food & Beverage minimum requirement is $6, (plus gratuity and tax). If the minimum is not met, the difference will be billed as room rental. The Pavilion The Pavilion at Shaker Run Golf Club will accommodate up to 150 guests. The Food & Beverage minimum requirement is $4, (plus gratuity and tax). If the minimum is not met, the difference will be billed as room rental. Additional payments should be made so that 90% of the expected total is paid prior to the event date. A final invoice will be generated after the event and this balance is due upon receipt.
