Piatto Misto Grilled lamb cutlets, pancetta wrapped chicken tenders with king prawns served with an avocado salsa, miniature salad and potato mash accompanied by mustard, lemon and aged Balsamic sauces. Pollo Impanato Oven baked chicken breast with a Pecorino and herb crumb set on a split asparagus spears, cherry tomato, broccolini and new potato salad with a basil and garlic sauce.

Penne Con Pollo Chicken pieces toasted with bacon, mushrooms and seeded mustard in a mild chilli and garlic sauce. Linguine con Salmone Arrosto Oven baked Atlantic salmon fillet steak crushed on a bed of creamy pasta with roasted vine ripened cherry tomatoes and spinach sauce finished with a sparkling white wine. Risotto Gamberi Prawn, asparagus spear and baby spinach Arborio risotto finished with a dollop of butter and Pecorino Romano cheese.
