10 Pricing & Deposits Pricing & Deposits Pricing The room rental fee is $ Rooms will be on a first come first serve basis. The room will be considered reserved once a deposit is secured. A tentative head count will be required 10 days in advance & a final head count will be required 5 days prior to your event. Final pricing will be based on this count. Deposits A deposit of $ (the room rental fee) is required to secure your reservation. Deposits can be made with cash or credit (any checks must have prior approval). All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to your event. All cancellations after that will result in the loss of your deposit. Tax & Gratuity 6% sales tax (alcohol excluded) & 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
