Pollo Reale Fresh chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of mozzarella, ham, mixed peppers and fresh parsley, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried and served with a sauce made with mixed peppers, mushrooms, onions, red wine, brandy, tomato and cream. Pollo Alla Crema Fresh chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and then cooked with mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms, brandy, white wine and cream. Petto Di Pollo Alla Milanese Fresh chicken breast coated in bread crumbs and pan fried.
