2 The Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE (IICUAE) in collaboration with IRC, the organizer of the Italian Cuisine World Summit in Dubai of the past years. Is organizing ITALIAN FESTIVAL WEEKS FOOD in Dubai, scheduled from the 18 th to the 25 th of November The Week will include a number of events spread all around Dubai and will see the participation of SEVERAL Michelin Star Chefs coming from Italy. Starting from the 18 th of November with an Aperitivo Italiano in La Bussola Restaurant, the Week will go on with BuonaItalia Trade Show (19 th and 20 th November) and will finish with an extraordinary closing event: The Italian Street Food Carnival, in the outdoor arena at Le Meridien airport.

3 The TRUFFLE BUSSOLA 18 th of November La Bussola Restaurant The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina - Dubai To celebrate the opening of the Italian Festival Weeks - Food, it will be organized the TRUFFLE Aperitivo. The monthly appointment of the Chamber dedicated to the Italian community living in the UAE this time will be focused on the Piedmont and the White Truffle

4 CHEFS THEATRE Within the space of the fair there will be the Chefs Theatre, an open kitchen, provided and equipped by the organization, where guest chefs and the Celebrity Chefs will perform Cooking Show, Demos and Pizza Shows in the two days of the exhibition. The 60 Italian Companies of the Food&Beverage sector will be divided by Region and they will have the opportunity to present their product to the local operators (both distributors and restaureateurs) and they will be involved in the section dedicated to conferences. ITALIAN FOOD MEETS HALAL In collaboration with Halal Italia, the certification institution recognized by both the Italian and local Governments, experts of the halal sector will talk about the benefits which derived from the halal certification, about the producers and about the potentialities of such sector in the GCC countries.

5 OPENING GALA RECEPTION PIEDMONT GUEST OF HONOR 19th of November Sunday 19th from 8pm to 10pm at the terrace of the Trade Show will be hosted a standing Gala Reception as Opening of the Italian Festival Weeks - Food, with the attendance of the Guest Chefs. OSPITALITA ITALIANA AWARDS 19th of November Official awards of the Italian Restaurants that will received the Quality Q certification for the 2017/2018. NORCIA IN MY HEART BuonaItalia will host Norcia in My Heart, an organization born in 2016 based in Norcia, one of the location mostly damaged by the earthquake of the 30 th October Norcia In My Heart wants to help the small and medium companies operating in the Region, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce is proud to support them. YOUNG CHEF S RISOTTO CHALLANGE- Dubai 20th of November At the Chef Theatre within the Buona Italia Trade Show the young chefs of the best venues in Dubai will perform a cooking show focused on this classic Italian dish, the Risotto, special tradition of Piedmont. Rising Chefs talents under 30 s will challenge for the best preparation! The Chefs will be selected within the best Italian Restaurants certified by the magazine Ospitalita Italiana.

6 TRADITIONAL ITALIAN DINNER 30th of November REGISTRO RICETTE DELLA CUCINA ITALIANA NEGLI EAU AWARDS 19th of November The three recipes which won the awards of the Collection of the Italian Traditional Recipes in the UAE Contest, will be the main courses of an Italian dinner organized in one of the best Italian Restaurant in Dubai. Awards of the winner traditional recipes of the Contest Collection of the Italian Traditional Recipes in the UAE. In collaboration with the no-profit organization, Dante Alighieri Dubai, the Chamber organizes a competition among the Ospitalita Italiana chefs, which are called to present to the community some traditional recipes of the Italian Kitchen (one for each meal). There will be a winner for each category.

7 ALBA WHITE TRUFFLE AUCTION 12 th of November 2017 The Alba White Truffle Action will be held In conjunction with Alba and Hong Kong, for the first time in the United Arab Emirates, for the first time I the UAE. The event will be located at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre on the 12 th of November. 9 The ITALIAN STREET FOOD CARNIVAL 25 th of November 2017 This will be the closing event of the ITALIAN FESTIVAL WEEKS - FOOD. A full day of food, drinks and lot of fun in an outdoor space, open to families and food lovers. Here the master chefs of the week and Dubai Chefs will perform live in different stations, with music bands and live entertainment offering all kinds of traditional Italian delicacies beverages.
