C I V I L O R C H U R C H C E R E M O N Y As well as having a number of beautiful local churches for your Ceremony, Oakley Hall Hotel also has a choice of 6 beautifully decorated function rooms licensed for up to 140 guests for a Civil Ceremony. Should you wish to hold your Civil Ceremony at Oakley Hall, a flat fee of 895 will apply. This fee does not include the cost of the registrars. We strongly advise that you check the availability with the registrars by calling prior to confirming your date with us. 2. For smaller weddings, a bespoke package can be arranged with one of our Wedding Co-ordinators. 3. 5 6. Do you allow external catering and corkage? 1. Can we hire Oakley Hall Hotel for exclusive use? - Exclusive use is available on request. Please contact us for details and prices. 2. Do you offer special accommodation rates for wedding guests? - We offer guaranteed wedding accommodation rates from 179 per room per night. This includes bed & full English breakfast and is based on up to two guests sharing. Please ask our Wedding Co-ordinators for a full breakdown of room types and prices. 3. Do your prices include VAT? - Yes, all of our prices include VAT. 4. What if any of my guests have any special dietary needs? - Special dietary requirements can be accommodated for if pre-ordered. 5. How much do you charge for children? - Children under the age of 3 years can be catered for on a complimentary basis. Children aged between 4 12 years can dine either from the listed children s menu at 14.95pp or the listed adults menu at 24.95pp. Teenagers aged between years can have the selected package at 50% of the cost (to exclude all alcohol). - Oakley Hall Hotel provides all catering in house and has a strict no external food or beverage policy. 7. Do you currently have any special offers available? - We are currently offering a 15% discount on all of our published package prices if you book your wedding date on any of the following: Any date between January April Any Sunday throughout the year (Excludes December) Any mid-week dates (Monday Thursday) in August 8. Can we have fireworks? - We do allow fireworks, however they must be booked via our recommended supplier and displays must be finished by 11pm. 9. How will the tables be dressed? - We use white table linen & napkins with full crockery, cutlery & glassware. You are welcome to hire alternatives and we can recommend a local supplier. 10. What time will the evening party have to end? - Discos must end at 1am on Mondays Saturdays and at 12:30am on Sundays. Live bands are subject to approval and must finish by 11pm. 5
