5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Tentative bookings will be held for FOURTEEN (14) days. Payments can be made by credit card (excluding Diners), cheque or cash. Minimum Spends When electing to book the entire venue for your exclusive event, Treehouse Lounge requires that a minimum spend is reached on a given day. Booking the entire venue at night Monday - $2,000 Tuesday - $2,000 Wednesday - $2,500 Thursday - $3,000 Friday - $3,000 Saturday - $3,000 Sunday - $3,000 Booking the entire venue during the day Monday - $1,500 Tuesday - $1,000 Wednesday - $1,500 Thursday - $2,000 Friday - $2,500 Saturday - $2,500 Sunday - $2,500 Booking the Cubby House at any time Monday - Not available Tuesday - $500 Wednesday - $500 Thursday - $1,000 Friday - $1,000 Saturday - $1,000 Sunday - $1,000 The minimum spend rates may be inclusive of all food and beverage costs. The minimum spend does not need to be spent by the host, however, failure to meet the minimum spend will require that the host pays the outstanding balance. These rates are seasonal and apply to the months of February through November. For minimum spends over the Christmas period, or enquiries regarding exclusive use of an area within the restaurant, please call our Events Manager. Deposits and P ayments Deposits are issued according to the estimated number of guests attending and are necessary to secure your group booking. Deposits paid are non-refundable. Any function booked at Treehouse Lounge will not be considered confirmed until the confirmation deposit has been paid.

6 Confirmation Anticipated final numbers, together with menu selection are requested TWO (2) weeks prior to function date. Final numbers are required SEVEN (7) working days prior to the event. Any guests not attending after this time will still be accounted for in the payment of the final balance. It is therefore the client s responsibility to notify us of any changes in advance. Cancellations In the regretful circumstance that a client needs to cancel a booking, the cancellation must be done with Treehouse Lounge management or the Functions Coordinator during the hours of 11pm-6pm. Client s R esponsibility It is the client s responsibility to ensure that all guests behave in an orderly manner during the event. Guests are expected to comply with the behavioral codes of the restaurant and licensing laws, such as Responsible Service of Alcohol, under which the restaurant operates. Any damage to premises, persons or equipment as a result of disorderly conduct by guests at the event is the responsibility of the client. If damage occurs during the function, all associated costs will be charged to the nominated credit card. It is our policy to provide you with the best possible service by providing friendly and professional staff to ensure the success of your event. The discretion of Restaurant Management will ensure a safe, harmonious and enjoyable event. Menu & Wine Quotation Please note that prices listed and seasonal availability, whilst current at the time of quotation, are subject to change without notice. Cake A cake can be cut and served as the plated dessert on top of Treehouse Lounge dessert, for an additional $2.5 per person with whipped cream. Entertainment Treehouse Lounge can provide a DJ and equipment upon request and the cost will go towards the clients total minimum spend. Entertainment prices are subject to availability. Treehouse lounge can also provide background music via ipod; alternatively the host can provide an ipod of their own. Entertainers Meals A two-course meal excluding beverages will be provided to all entertainers. $35.00 per person. Beverages will be charged on consumption.
