Welcome to a world of shimmering crystal and chrome, which also features a stunning, sweeping staircase and dazzling stained glass. There are two bars to ensure prompt and professional service. We ve a stylish bar downstairs, plus a champagne bar that serves you the wowfactor within the main suite upstairs. From the exclusive, al fresco champagne terrace, you can look over to our colourful Italian gardens with gorgeous gazebo, or across the water to the Kilpatrick Hills and Ben Lomond which make a magnificent backdrop. 30 Wedding Terms & Conditions 1. A provisional booking can be held, without obligation, for up to 7 days. 2. Should your booking not be confirmed within 7 days ICC reserve the right to release the booking with no advance notification. 3. All bookings must be confirmed by signing our terms and conditions within 7 days, accompanied by a payment of A payment of 50% of the estimated total (less deposits paid to date) will be due 9 months prior to the event date. 5. A payment of 50% of the outstanding balance is due 6 months prior to the event date. 6. A full and final payment of the balance must be settled 14 days prior to the event date. 7. In the event of cancellation all payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. If cancelled within 14 days of the event date the final balance is due. 8. All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Should this rate alter the brochure prices may be subject to change. 9. Prices are reviewed annually and are valid until 31 Dec each year. 10. ICC reserve the right to alter pricing should there be an increase in market costs. 11. ICC reserve the right to set minimum numbers. See wedding brochure. 12. Final numbers and dietary requirements must be submitted 14 days prior to the event. 13. The Honeymoon Suite is complimentary in all wedding packages. All other accommodation is subject to availability. 14. Children under the age of 16 should be supervised at all times whilst on the Ingliston Estate attending a function or resident. 15.
