10 FAQ s: Can I bring in Food? With the exception of the wedding cake, no outside food or beverage is permitted. When can I get into the room? Setup time is built into your day. We will have the room ready by 10am on the day of your event for any decorating or vendor setup needs. When do you need payment? An initial deposit will be required to hold the room. After that, a payment schedule will be put into place and the final amount will be due 10 business days prior to your event. What will be the cost? The selection of your menu and the final number of guests will determine the amount to be charged. All charges will have a 24% taxable service charge and a 6% sales tax added to them. What additional fees are there? There will be a fee of $100 per bartender as well as a $100 fee per carving attendant (IF NEEDED). All charges will be assessed 24% taxable service charge and 6% sales tax. When do you need a final count? Final menu selections are due to the hotel 3 weeks prior to the event. Final count will be due to hotel 4 business days prior to event itself. Can you accommodate special meal requests? We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and allergy requests as needed. Please inform your wedding specialist of these at time of menu planning. Is there a special kid s menu and pricing? Kids meals are available if needed. If you select a plated meal, a child equivalent will be provided at a cost of $ If you select heavy hors d oeuvres or buffet, children 12 and under are half price. Hotel will need to know the count of children at time that final numbers are provided. What vendors do you suggest? The Campbell House Curio is a member of Simply Love Studios.
