Malt is made from carefully selected barley species, the Zatec hops variety, which is considered the best in the world. Of course, water is also part of it. The first step is turning barley into malt. We brown the barley, let it germinate and dry. In the pot, mix the malt thoroughly with water, then boil the traditional Czech decoction cooking process. After cooking we have wort. We have been using this method since We add several kinds of hops to the wort. Gradually we cook and turn to wort. Allow the young to cool and add about 18,000,000 brewer's yeast cells per milliliter. We use our own yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is actually the imaginary soul of our beers.
