2 Terms of Agreement Final counts are due 7 days prior to your event and you will be charged regardless of attendance. If your attendance is greater, you are responsible for the total number attended. All events require a minimum of 25 guests and billing will reflect that base. Bookings require the following deposits to secure your specific date and time of your event. Up to 50 guests $ Up to 100 guests $ Over 100 guests $ These amounts are non-refundable if your event is cancelled. We reserve the right to alter or substitute rooms in the event that total number of guests drops considerable below original estimate. All payments are to be made in full before your event day and time. All payments are to be made in cash or check. If paying by check, payments are to be made one week prior to event. Credit card billing will have an additional 3% on total bill. All banquets will have an 18% gratuity and 8.75% sales tax added to the bill. Tax exempt certificates must be handed in prior to event. All payments must match the name of the tax exempt certificates. Room rental $ if not ordering any food or drinks. All food and beverages are provided by Forestview with exceptions of cakes, wedding or party cakes, cookies or specifice pastries, which must be approved by Forestview management. All menu prices are guaranteed for current year. When planning a long term event we reserve the right to increase your price to the current years prices, due to increase in food and labor prices. Specific entrees selected by guests must be provided in a seating chart to ensure proper service. Any favors or gifts must be brought in the day before with specific handwritten instructions.

Bar packages do not include serving of alcohol shots. We do not serve shots in the banquet room and we reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone for the safety of all guests. All setup of DJ, bakers and florists must be set up the day of the event. All items must be removed at the end of the event. Forestview reserves the right to control music volume. All music is required to end in coordination with the bar package. All morning functions have the use of the room until 3:30pm. Host of the event must obtain management approval for any decorations, table centerpieces, etc... No confetti or bubbles are allowed. Host may have access to banquet room 1-2 hours prior to event to place favors, gifts, etc... Forestview is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
