10 TERMS & CONDITIONS DEPOSITS & BALANCES Festive Menu bookings (lunch & dinner) are confirmed with a 10pp deposit The balance for Festive Menu bookings is payable on the day/night of the booking Christmas Day bookings are confirmed with a 10pp deposit The balance for Christmas Day should be paid by Wednesday 3rd December 2014 Festive Afternoon Tea bookings are confirmed with a 10pp deposit The balance for Festive afternoon is payable on the day Hogmanay bookings are confirmed with a 10pp deposit The balance for Hogmanay should be paid by Wednesday 3rd December 2014 All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for food/drinks should a member of the party cancel For the Whisky Tasting Evening - full payment is required at the time of ticket purchase Garvie & Co cannot transfer or refund monies paid if a party cancel due to bad weather, unless Garvie & Co cancels said event We would recommend that any party under a tight time constraint pre-order via or in person Festive Menu lunch is served 12 noon until 4pm.
