It was started to build in 474 B.C. (the second year after the death of Confucius). The Temple covers an area of over 1.3 square foot, consists 9 courtyards, 466 rooms, 1,700 ancient trees, 1,200 stone steles. Confucius is a great thinker and educator. The temple was built to worship or to pay respect to him. There were 12 different emperors paid 19 personal visits to the temple. Now it is a hot tourist place with thousands of visit from all over the country of the world. This is my first visit to the Temple. After listen to tour guide. Asparagus-New Potato Hash from Southern Living excerpted from myrecipes.com INGREDIENTS 1 pound small red potatoes 1 pound fresh asparagus Prep: 20 minutes 2 shallots, minced Cook: 25 minutes 2 tablespoons olive oil Cool: 15 minutes 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup crumbled farmer's cheese or queso fresco Garnish: lemon slices DIRECTIONS 1. Bring potatoes and salted water to cover to a boil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook 15 minutes or just until tender; drain well. Cool 15 minutes; cut into quarters. 2. Snap off and discard tough ends of asparagus. Cut asparagus into 1/2-inch pieces. 3. Sauté shallots in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 1 minute. Add asparagus, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Add potatoes, and sauté 3 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish, if desired.

3 AAA Im ports March 2012 Page 3 Shipping of Goods & Damage Claims We have long offered a service to arrange freight for those of you who do not use Plant Transportation Carriers to transport your orders. We would like to continue to offer this service for you but the trucking companies have set specifi c time limits upon us as to how long we have to report damage claims and shortage claims. EVERYONE must abide by them. That includes AAA Imports and all of our customers that we arrange freight service for. Therefore, if you need to report a Claim for breakage or shortage of goods, that claim must be reported to AAA Imports within TEN DAYS of receiving your shipment! If you notice shortage of goods or damage to your shipment the day of delivery REPORT IT TO THE DRIVER! This way it can be notated on your Bill of Lading. The trucking companies will not accept any claims older than ten days after receipt of delivery. Something that AAA Imports has been doing to make sure our shipments have not been tampered with; all palletized shipments are shrink-wrapped and have a colored tape wrapped around the entire pallet. If that shrink wrap or tape is disturbed in any way, than clearly that shipment has been tampered with once it left our warehouse. This is something that you should report to AAA IMPORTS right away.
