2 WHO WE ARE Amica Chips S.p.A. is a leading Italian company in the production of chips & snacks, located in northern Italy. In the early 90s Mr. Alfredo Moratti and Mr. Andrea Romanò started a company manufacturing Potato Chips and Snacks. Our products are distribuited in all major chains of Hypermarkets and Supermakets (Esselunga - Carrefour - Auchan - Metro) and many other local chains. We are presents in all channels, HO.RE.CA., Vending machines, Cash & Carry, Traditional shop, Convenient store. Three years ago we started to export our products which are now sold in 22 countries. AMICA CHIPS was a simple idea based on a winning strategy, designed to capture the snacks market through the high quality of raw materials, strict quality controls and using advanced technological systems. Amica Chips is certified: ISO 9001: IFS - KOSHER Amica Chips is part of the consortium Italia del Gusto comprising important Italian firms with high quality products in the food sector, which together represent MADE IN ITALY throughout the world. Amica Chips is part of the European snacks association ESA, the only trade association dedicated 100% to the development of the European savoury snacks industry. The European Snacks Association is Europe's only trade organisation dedicated to advancing the savoury snacks industry on behalf of member snack manufacturers and suppliers.

4 HAND COOKED chips For chips gourmets we have created the HAND COOKED POTATO CHIPS line. ALFREDO S The cutting process and double immersion frying give our chips the taste of real homemade chips, crunchier with the potato skin, available in two flavours: Sea Salt and Pepper (we use only natural flavours). A completely new item for Vegans, Alfredo s Veggy is a potato pellet with spinach and tomato. ELDORADA Worrying about fat? No problem! With our ELDORADA CHIPS line you will stay fit. The cutting process, together with the SPINNER METHOD allow removal of 20% of fats compared to classic potato chips while keeping taste and crunchiness.

5 TRANSPARENT chips TRANSPARENT chips line is our most popular product on the Italian market. The secret of this success is certainly the high quality of raw materials carefully chosen among 3/4 varieties of Italian and European potatoes and only 100% sunflower seed oil. Available in 3 different flavours: salted, paprika or ruffle. Our quality control guarantees the taste of our chips in every single bite.

6 ORIGINAL line Our chips now come in more modern dress with a coloured stripe on the front of the pack, so customers recognize our brand at first sight, and with the addition of GDA (Guideline Daily Amount). Our original Chips are fried only in sunflower oil and flavoured just with a pinch of salt, giving them the inimitable ORIGINAL taste. NEW FLAVOURS - MEDITERRANEE, KETCHIPS, CHIPSBURGER, ROASTED CHICKEN and KEBAB - complete our ORIGINAL CHIPS line. Through the selection of refined and innovative natural flavorings (not of animal origin), without the addition of any artificial preservatives or additives, our chips satisfy all tastes!

7 View our range: SNACKS line WONDER & TAM TAM extruded snack Attractive packaging with a transparent window on the front allow consumers to see all the funny shapes and what they are buying. STELLA CHIPS - BLANCA - ZIG ZAG pellets A delicate snack made with potato starch, flakes and granules in salted or bacon flavour, available in different sizes. POP CORN An inimitable taste of corn with perfect salting, now also in a special microwave pack.

8 TORTILLA snack Amica Chips is leader in Italy for the production of this product which is obtained by mixing MASA corn flour and water, grilling and frying in vegetable oil and salting according to Mexican tradition. Available in salted and Chili flavours. NOW TORTILLA IS AVAILABLE WITH RICE FLOUR, A NEW TASTEBUD EXPERIENCE! Do you want more taste? Combine our TORTILLA with the delicious mild dip sauce!

9 BARMAN line A wide range of products for the Happy Hour. PEANUTS salted Available in 1Kg bags or 30g mini bags for vending machines or in box tower containing 24 small 40g-boxes of peanuts. BARMAN snacks We have added this product to our range dedicated to the Happy Hour. Made with potato starch, flakes and in different flavours, this product is available in 200g packs and different shapes.

10 MULTIPACK line We have created Multipack in different solutions to satisfy all demands, for schools, break time or if you only want a mix of our range at home. We have adopted this Multipack solution also for CORN FLAKES, for breakfast every morning.

11 FRUMI & CORNFLAKES this product is available in 200g packs and different shapes. Amica Chips doesn t produce only chips and snacks, we can also offer: CORN FLAKES Classic 375g box, Multipack or 1kg Big Bag. FRUMÌ crouton line A crunchy bruschetta-like bread, classic or whole grain, available in 250g and Multipack. FRUMÌ breadstick This product is commercialized under our own brand, and available in a catering big bag containing small 12g-bags for a total of 250 pieces. Ideal for restaurants or cash and carry stores.

12 SHELF LIFE EXTENSION Our shelf life is 6 months for chips & snacks, 12 months for corn flakes and croutons, 9 months for tortilla chips. We can extend shelf life only for logistic reasons only after the signature of a letter releasing us of all responsibility because we do not use additives or preservatives in the preparation of our products. OTHER LANGUAGES When required, we can print ingredients in various languages (for example: Arabic, Japanese etc.) but need a minimum of 3 pallets for each item. SAMPLES If you require samples before starting business, you will be charged transport costs which will be refunded in our pro-forma invoice.
