5 RECIPE: Mexican Chicken Avocado Bake Suggestions for Sides: Salad, Chips, Salsa INGREDIENTS: 16 oz. Sour Cream (Aprox. 2 Cups) 2 Cups Salsa Verde 1/2 Cup Milk 6 Flour Tortillas (Taco Size) or 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips 3 Cups Cooked & Shredded Chicken 2 Avocados Diced 8 oz. Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese DIRECTIONS: Combine the Sour Cream, Milk and Salsa Verde Spray a 9x13 Baking Dish with Cooking Spray Cut the Tortillas in Half so you have 12 pieces Spread a small amount of the Sour Cream Mixture on the bottom of the pan Layer 6 Halves of the Tortillas in your pan Layer with Half of the Chicken & Half the Avocados over the Tortillas Spread half the Sauce Mixture over the Chicken & Avocados. Repeat with Tortillas, Chicken, Avocados, Sauce Top with Cheese Cover Tightly and Freeze at this point Remove from Freezer, Thaw and Bake at 400 Degrees for Minutes ALTERNATE: Some brands of tortillas can get soggy when frozen, I sometimes make this without the Tortillas, then we serve it over Tortilla Chips.

6 RECIPE: Baked Ziti Suggestions for Sides: INGREDIENTS: 1 Box of Ziti Pasta or Any Variety 2 Cups Cooked Ground Beef 1 24 oz. Jar of Pasta Sauce 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese DIRECTIONS: Cook Pasta according to the directions on the box Mix the Ground Beef, Sauce, and Melted Cream Cheese Place Pasta in a 9x13 Pan & Cover with Sauce Mixture Mix Well and Top with Shredded Cheese Cover Tightly and Freeze To Bake: Thaw completely and bake at 400 Degrees for minutes.

7 RECIPE: Honey Lime Chicken (Baked or Grilled) Suggestions for Sides: Crockpot Mexican Rice Recipe INGREDIENTS: 2 Lbs. of Chicken (4-6 pieces) 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 2 Fresh Squeezed Limes 3 Tbsp. Honey 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Black Pepper DIRECTIONS: Place Chicken in a Gallon Size Ziploc Bag Cover Chicken with Olive Oil, Lime, Honey, Cayenne Pepper, Salt & Pepper Close the bag tightly and mix well Freeze in the Ziploc Bag until Needed To Bake: Place on a Baking Sheet and Bake for Minutes at 350 Degrees To Grill: Grill 6-7 Minutes on each side at 350 Degrees.

8 RECIPE: Bean & Cheese Enchiladas Suggestions for Sides: Salad, Cillantro Rice, or Fruit INGREDIENTS: 1 Can Refried Beans 1 8 oz. Bag of Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp. Cumin 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder 1 8 ct. Flour Tourtillas Sauce: 1 19 oz. Can Red Enchilada Sauce 1/2 Cup. Sour Cream 1/2 tsp. Cumin 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder DIRECTIONS: In a bowl combine the Beans, 1 Cup of Cheese, Cumin, & Chili Powder In another bowl combine the Sauce Ingredients In a 9x13 Pan layer a small amount of the Enchilada Sauce in the bottom of your Baking Dish Spoon a small amount of the Bean Mixture into each Tortilla Roll Up and place seam side down in the pan Top with all of the Remaining Sauce and Cheese Cover Tightly and Freeze To Bake: Allow to Thaw Completely and Bake at 400 Degrees for 30 Minutes

Package of Water Chestnuts 3 Eggs Beaten Green Onions for Toppings 1/4 Cup Canola Oil 1/2 Cup. Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Paste (Sriracha) 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/4 Cup. Brown Sugar 1/2 Tablespoon Cornstarch 1 Red Pepper DIRECTIONS: In a Small Bowl Beat Eggs Place 2 Cups. Of Corn Starch in a Separate Bowl Dip Chicken in Corn Starch, then Eggs Heat Canola Oil in a Skillet. Cook Chicken until Browned Place Chicken in a 9x13 Baking Dish In a Bowl mix Soy Sauce, Chili Paste, Garlic Powder, Brown Sugar, Cornstarch, Red Peppers, Peanuts, and Water Chestnuts Pour Sauce Mixture over Chicken and Mix well Cover Tightly and Freeze To Bake: Thaw and Bake at 375 Degrees for an Hour, Stirring every 15 Minutes Serve over Brown or White Rice

Butter 2 Cups Rice DIRECTIONS: Combine the Sour Cream, Chicken Soup, and Chicken in a 9x13 Pan Place Ritz Crackers in a Bag and Crush with a Rolling Pin Combine Crackers, Poppy Seeds and Melted Butter Pour Cracker Topping over the Chicken Mixture Cover Tightly and Freeze To Bake: Thaw Completely and Bake at 400 Degrees for 30 Minutes Serve over Rice

Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic DIRECTIONS: Place Uncooked Chicken Breasts in a Galon Size Ziploc Bag Add Olive Oil, Parsley, Lemon Juice and Garlic to the Bag Seal the Bag tightly and mix well until the Chicken is Coated Completely Place the Bag in the Freezer To Cook: Thaw Chicken Completely and Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 Minutes Or Place Chicken on the Grill or Grill in a Pan Indoors.

12 RECIPE: Black Bean Chili Suggestions for Sides: Fritos, Cheese, Sour Cream INGREDIENTS: 1 Lb. Ground Beef Cooked 1 Medium Onion Chopped 1 Package of Chili Seasoning 1 Can Whole Kernal Corn Drained 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes 2 Cans of Black Beans DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a Large Gallon Ziploc Bag Close the Bag Tightly and Mix Well Place the Bag in the Freezer To Cook: Remove from Freezer and Thaw, Place Ingredients in a Slow Cooker Cook on High for 3-4 Hours or Low for 6-8 hours.

13 RECIPE: Slow Cooker Korean Beef Suggestions for Sides: Wite or Brown Rice, Steamed Vegetables INGREDIENTS: 2 Lbs. Boneless Beef Roast in 1" Pieces 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder 1 Cup. Beef Broth 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper 1/2 Cup. Soy Sauce (I Use Reduced Sodium) 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Saved for Later (2 Tbsp. Cornstarch) 4 Garlic Cloves Minced Green Onions for Garnish 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil or Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Venegar 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger 1 tsp. Sriracha DIRECTIONS: Place 1" Roast Pieces in a Gallon Size Ziploc Bag Add Beef Broth, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Oil, Venegar, Ginger, Sriracha, Onion Powder, & Black Pepper Seal Tightly, Mix Well and Place in the Freezer To Cook: Thaw Completely and Place all Ingredients in the Slow Cooker Cook on Low for 7-8 Hours or High for 3-4 Hours In a Bowl mix together 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch with 1/4 Cup Water Add in the Cornstarch Mixture to the Slow Cooker and Cook on High for Min. Once the Sauce has thickened serve over rice & Garnish with Green Onions

14 RECIPE: Classic Freezer Spaghetti Sauce Suggestions for Sides: Green Beans, French Bread or Salad INGREDIENTS: 1 24 oz. Jar of Pasta Sauce 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes 1 Cup. Cooked, Ground Beef 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano Flakes 1 tsp. Black Pepper 1 tsp. Dried Basil 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder 1 Box of Un-Cooked Pasta DIRECTIONS: In a Large Ziploc Bag combine the Pasta Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Ground Beef Garlic Powder, Oregano, Pepper, Basil, & Chili Powder Seal, Mix Well & Place in Freezer To Cook: Thaw and place in Slow Cooker for 3 hours on High or heat in a Skillet until boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook on low for 15 minutes.
