Gramma Mora s recipes which were passed on to us reflect an authentic Mexican cooking style which we try to maintain for your dining pleasure. If you are familiar with the word aficionado (Spanish word for fan), chances are you are also fond of fine Mexican food. In Mexico, an aficionado is someone who loves the sport of bull-fighting. There is no compromise for this person. He will not return to an arena where he has witnessed a poor performance. We specialize in authentic Mexican food that draws Mexican food aficionados in Western New York. There is no compromise for them after tasting our food.
