2 Asam Pedas Ikan 350 gm cili merah 7 biji bawah putih 3 biji bawang besar 2 cm lengkuas dititik 1 batang serai 5 helai haun limau purut 5 batang daun kesum 10 gm belacan 1 liter air asam 2 sudu kecil garam 2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit atau 2 cm kunyit hidup 1 biji bawang utk menumis 160 gram minyak utk menumis 150 gm asam jawa 6 keping ikan merah 1. Mesin bawang putih, bawang besar, belacan dan kunyit hidup. 2. Campurkan dengan cili yang telah dimesin, tuang minyak dan tumis sehingga garing. 3. Masukkan satu batang serai, lengkuas dan daun limau purut. Juga masukkan 1 sudu kecil dan 1 sudu kecil daun stevia. 4. Masukkan air asam jawa. Setelah menggelegak, masukkan bendi atau terung. 5. Seterusnya masukkan ikan dan angkat setelah masak. Sambal Tumis Udang 1/4 kg udang harimau 2 cawan cili mesin 3 cm belacan 4 biji bawang besar (2 biji untuk dimesin, 2 biji di potong dadu) 6 biji bawang putih 1 cawan air asam 2 biji bawang besar 1 cawan minyak jagung 1. Tumis bawang yang telah dihiris sehingga garing. 2. Kemudian masukkan cili yang telah di campur dengan belacan, bawang putih, bawang merah hingga garing, masukkan air asam jawa dan bawang yang dipotong dadu. 3. Masukkan 2 sudu kecil garam, 1 sudu teh daun GreenVia Stevia. 4. Tunggu hingga menggelegak, dan masukkan udang.

3 Rendang Ayam 1 ekor ayam, potong 12 dan digoreng 2 cm halia 2 cm lengkuas 2 batang serai 7 helai daun limau purut 1 kg santan ½ cawan cili mesin (dimesin sendiri) 2 cm kunyit hidup 1 cawan kerisik kelapa 10 biji bawang putih 6 biji bawang besar merah 2 sudu kecil garam 1 sudu kecil daun Greenvia Stevia 1. Goreng ayam separuh masak. 2. Masukkan santan dalam kuali. 3. Masukkan serai, lengkuas, daun limau purut, cili dan bawang putih beserta bawang merah dan kunyit (yang semuanya telah dimesin terlebih dahulu). 4. Masukkan sekali cili mesin. 5. Bubuhkan garam dan daun stevia. Apabila pekat, masukkan kerisik kelapa dan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi ke dalam kuah. 6. Boleh juga dimasak sehingga sedikit kering. Kari Ayam kg ayam, dipotong gram serbuk kari 10 biji bawnah putih 1 cawan minyak masak 2 cm halia 5 biji bawang nesar 4cm kulit kayu manis 4 biji buah pelaga 2 biji bunga lawang 1 cawan santan 3 biji buah tomato 5 biji kentang 5 helai daun kari 1sudu teh daun Stebiana GreenVia 1. Bawang putih dan halia dimesin 2. Dicampur dengan serbuk kari, ditambahkan sedikit air. Bawang besar, kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, dan bunga lawang di tumis. 3. Kemudian masukkan rempah kari yang dicampur dengan halia dan bawang putih tadi, tumis sehingga garing nampaknya, masukan 1 cawan air dan masukkkan kentang. 4. Bila setengah empuk, masukkan santan dan ayam tadi, bila ayam dan kentang sudah empuk masukkan tomato dan daun kari. 5. Masukkan garam dan 1 sudu kecil daun stevia.

4 Jem Strawberry (Mulberry/BlueBerry, etc) 200 gm fresh strawberry ½ biji perahan lemon 10 ~ 15 sachet Surevia stevia (mengikut kesukaan kemanisan) 30 ml air 1. Masukkan strawberry ke dalam periuk bersama 30 ml air. Api hendaklah sentiasa kecil. 2. Masak sehingga buah tersebut hancur dan likat. 3. Masukkkan perahan lemon dan stevia. Biarkan sejuk selama 10 minit dan boleh dipindah ke dalam botol. Kuih Bingka Jagung 200 gram jagung 3 biji telur 2 cawan tepung jagung 3 sudu makan mentega 1 cawan santan Secubit garam 1. Mesinkan telur, santan dan tepung gandum sehingga sebati. Masukkan secubit garam dan 10 paket SureVia Stevia. 2. Panaskan ketuhar. Sapukan mentega pada bekas bakar (minyak jagung juga boleh). 3. Bakar dengan suhu 180c selama 40 minit. Kek Cawan Pisang SureVia Bahan A 250 gm Butter 10 sachet SureVia 1 tsp Oren paste 1 tsp Esen Pisang 7 biji Kuning telur 200 gm Pisang manis (dihancur) 230 gm Tepung self-raising } ¼ tsp Baking Soda } digaul ½ tsp Baking Powder } Bahan B 280 gm Putih telur ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar 6 sachet SureVia (atau ikut citarasa) A. 1. Pukul butter, SureVia, oren paste dan esen pisang hingga kembang. 2. Masukkan kuning telur, sebiji demi sebiji dan kacau hingga sebati. 3. Masukkan pisang dan ketepikan. B. 1. Dalam mangkuk lain, pukul putih telur, cream of tartar, SureVia hingga kembang. 2. Masukkan bahan (A) dan gaul sebati. 3. Masukkan adunan ke dalam cawan kek. 4. Bakar minit dalam oven, suhu 180C. 5. Setelah sejuk taburkan SureVia.

5 Donut Stevia 500 gram tepung protein tinggi 10 sachet SureVia 10 gram garam 7 gram ragi 15 gram susu tepung 1 butir telur 250 ml air 50 gram shortening / mentega 1. Masukkan semua bahan kering ke dalam mixer. Aduk rata perlahan. Kemudian, tambah telur dan air. 2. Selepas adunan telah sebati, tambahkan shortening. 3. Adun lagi dengan perlahan selama beberapa minit hingga adunan kelihatan bersinar. 4. Keluarkan adunan dan tutup dengan tuala basah dan biarkan untuk 60 hingga 90 minit atau hingga ia membesar dua kali ganda saiznya. 5. Ulikan adunan di atas papan yang ditabur tepung selama seminit. Gulungkan adunan hingga mencapai ketebalan 3 / 4 cm. Gunakan pemotong acuan donat untuk ukuran donat yang dikehendaki. 6. Biarkan adunan yang telah dipotong naik gebu selama 25 hingga 30 minit. 7. Panaskan minyak (160C) dan goreng donat sehingga warna coklat keemasan. 8. Biarkan donat sejuk dan kemudian taburkan dengan SureVia. Jus Lemon SureVia 1 liter air 400 ml perahan lemon segar 3 sachet SureVia Stevia 1. Masukkan jus lemon dan SureVia Stevia dalam periuk. 2. Didihkan dengan api sederhana, aduk sesekali selama 8-10 minit. 3. Tuang air dan kacaukan. 4. Masak untuk 5-6 minit lagi atau sampai sirap mendidih lagi. 5. Sesuaikan rasa manis menggunakan SureVia Stevia dengan selera. 6. Pindahkan ke bekas minuman, tambah ais batu ke ketika menghidang. Pengat Pisang Stevia 500 ml air 200 gram pisang (jenis nangka), kupas dan hiris 200 ml santan 1 / 2 sudu teh GreenVia StebianA daun Stevia 50 gram sagu mutiara Garam secukupnya 2 helai daun pandan 1. Rebus air dan tambah sagu mutiara dan daun pandan. Didihkan selama 10 minit, kacau sentiasa untuk mengelak sagu melekat di bahagian bawah kuali. 2. Tambah pisang ke dalam periuk. 3. Kemudian, masukkan 1 / 2 sudu teh daun Stevia GreenVia StebianA dan secubit garam. 4. Tambah santan. Aduk di atas api sedang hingga campuran mendidih. Matikan api. 5. Sajikan semasa sedang hangat.

6 Nasi Ayam Stevia Bahan Utk Nasi: 4 mug beras 4 1/2 mug air rebusan ayam 2 inci halia* 3 biji bawang putih* 3 batang daun bawang 1 sudu besar minyak bijan 2 sudu besar sos tiram 2 helai daun pandan 4 sudu mentega Bahan Untuk Ayam: 1 ekor ayam 3 biji bawang putih* 1 inci halia* 3 sudu besar kicap pekat 2 sudu besar sos tiram dan 1 sudu besar Stevia GreenVia Bahan Untuk Sup: Air secukupnya 4 biji bawang putih 3 inci halia dihiris 3 batang daun bawang 1 biji sengkuang dipotong dadu 1 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah Bahan Untuk Sos Cili: 10/15 biji cili padi 6 biji cili merah Sedikit halia 5/6 biji bawang putih 1 biji limau kasturi Sedikit air rebusan ayam Garam dan Stevia GreenVia secukupnya Bahan Untuk Sos Kicap: 5 biji cili padi Sedikit halia 4/5 biji bawang putih Kicap secukupnya Air rebusan ayam secukupnya Tepung jagung dicampur dgn air Cara Memasak Nasi: 1. Panaskan periuk nasi dan masukkan mentega. Kemudian masukkan bahan* yg telah dikisar dan masak sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan daun bawang dan daun pandan. Masukkan sos tiram dan minyak bijan. Kacau sebentar, kemudian masukkan beras, sedikit garam dan air rebusan ayam. Biarkan hingga nasi masak. Cara Memasak Ayam: 1. Ayam yg telah dibersihkan dimasukkan ke dalam satu bekas besar. Masukkan bahan* yg telah dikisar dan semua bahan-bahan lain. Gaul rata dan biarkan selama 1/2 jam. Selepas diperap, goreng ayam tadi. Goreng sehingga ayam tersebut berwarna kehitam hitaman. Cara Memasak Sup: 1. Panaskan baki air rebusan tadi dan masukkan sengkuang dan serbuk lada sulah. Untuk menambah rasa sup, masukkan kiub ayam, sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa. Cara Membuat Sos Cili: 1. Masukkan semua bahan yang telah dikisar dan masak sehingga mendidih. Cara Membuat Sos Kicap: 1. Kisar semua bahan kecuali tepung jagung. Kemudian panaskan periuk dan masukkan bahan yang telah dikisar tadi. Masak sehingga mendidih dan masukkan campuran tepung jagung dan air untuk memekatkan sos kicap.
