8 Production Our Own Bakery Our bakery is equipped with the latest equipment, allowing us to produce bread according to our unique, proprietary recipes. There are breads from wholegrain, rye, & barley flour in our assortment. Some of our bread is enriched with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, oat & barley flakes, etc.

9 Production Ingredient Preparation Ingredient quality and freshness is inspected during the entire ingredient preparation process of slicing, grating, chopping, grinding, and mixing.
