1 KORUS FTA TRQ Status Report as of 12/12/2017 The following table provides information on the fill rate of 19 products subject to Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the KORUS FTA. The TRQ is in 3 different manners: 1) First-come-first-serve, 2) TRQ auction and 3) TRQ allocation. The column headed describes how much of the TRQ has been or auctioned off to potential importers. This does not mean that the TRQ has actually been imported but only means that it has been. The second column headed describes the actual fill rate of TRQ and is based on actual entry of the products through Korean. Once the fill rate goes over 100 percent, the imports will be subject to the basic duty rate. This information is supplied by the Korean Service.
