Processor's Share CSA runs from July through November with 4 deliveries only for canning, pickling, freezing and storing. They also sell microgreens and shoots from their greenhouses year round. Off season, they have winter salad greens, spinach, and mache.

They sell direct from the farm and via their web site. All meats are available year round except for lamb which is available from October through January and veal which is available June through September. They also sell raw wool and pelts. All products are available direct from the farm by appointment. They produce 7 varieties of pestos, 3 infused olive oils, 3 vinaigrettes and 4 herb infused sea salts. You can purchase their products via their web site. Mark also has prize winning cinnamon rolls. They also raise sheep, poultry and dairy goats. They produce milk soaps and vegetable oils. Their vegetable CSA runs from June through October, twice in November and monthly through the winter. Off season, they sell spinach, carrots and winter greens. Farmers Markets: Oak Park for 15 weeks over the summer. Their CSA runs approximately 20 weeks and there are drop off points in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. 6 Wellhausen Farms - Jim Wellhausen 2009 & 2011 Grants Browntown wellhausengroup@aol.com or Wellhausen operates their CSA for 15 to 22 weeks starting in mid- June with home delivery in the Dupage County area. The shares include vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs and cheese. During the off season, they have beef, pork, eggs, cheese and butter available for sale. They also have a guesthouse that can be rented if you're a CSA member.
