A 25% restocking charge will apply to items returned if product is of acceptable quality and within industry tolerances. Plants that have been transplanted and/or are not in their original container will not be considered for exchange or credit. 8. Plants treated excessively with "plant shine" will not be credited or exchanged. 9. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards and all debit cards without charge if an invoice is paid on the date issued. We do not accept American Express. If credit cards are used to pay invoices on any date other than the date issued, a convenience charge of 3% will be added. The 3% convenience fee also applies if a credit card is used to pay the month end statement. We accept E-transfer payments at no charge. 10. All overdue accounts will be subject to a 2% per month interest charge. All purchases are made with the acceptance of this condition of sale, and agreement to pay any interest charges incurred. 11. All returned cheques are subject to a $35.00 service fee. Collection and other recovery costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
