1 Nut-Free Raspberry Balls 70g (½ cup) rolled oats or toasted sunflower seeds 80g (1 cup) desiccated coconut ½ cup frozen raspberries 2 tbsp sweetener (rice malt syrup or maple syrup) Zest of one lemon (optional) Optional: ¼ cup extra desiccated coconut to roll them in 1. Add all main ingredients to your Thermomix or food processor and blitz until 3. Roll in desiccated coconut. - Vitamin C for immune health, growth and repair of tissues, bone and teeth - Vitamin K for a healthy heart and strong bones - low fructose

Add all main ingredients to your Thermomix or food processor and blitz until 3. Add all ingredients to your Thermomix or food processor and blitz until 3. Store in the fridge for a week or freezer.

4 Raw Lemon Bliss Balls 1 ½ cups Almond Flour 1/3 cup Raw Coconut Flour ½ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt 2 tbsp Raw local honey 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar ¼ cup Coconut Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract Juice of 3 Lemons Zest of 1 Lemon Optional: Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for rolling 1. Add all main ingredients to your Thermomix or food processor and blitz until 3. Roll in desiccated coconut. 4. Store in the fridge for a week or freezer. - Vitamin C for immune health, growth and repair of tissues, bone and teeth - local pollen exposure for allergy sufferers

5 Sweet Potato Truffle Balls 1 cup Sweet Potato Purée 3 tbsp coconut oil, softened 2 tbsp coconut milk 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp granulated stevia, or 1-2 teaspoons rice malt syrup (optional) pinch salt handful shredded coconut 1. Combine all the ingredients except the shredded coconut, stirring well. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 3. Scoop out teaspoonfuls and roll into balls, then roll in coconut. 4. Store in the fridge for a week. - Vitamin A important for normal vision, the immune system and reproduction - Vitamin K for a healthy heart and strong bones

6 Caramel clowns 4 medjool dates 3 tbsp almonds (ground) or coconut flour (lunchbox friendly) 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 1 tbsp almond butter or tahini (lunchbox friendly) 2 tsp organic maca cacao and mesquite(from isowhey). (Optional) Cacao for rolling in Fresh raspberry on top. (Optional) 1. Chop the dates and add all the ingredients except cacao and raspberry to a mixing bowl 2. mix with a spoon or get right in there with your hands. The kids will enjoy doing this! 3. Wet your hands and roll a tablespoonful of mixture into a ball 4. Roll in the cacao powder and put a raspberry hat on top! 5. Store in the fridge for a week or freezer. - minerals (including iron, zinc and magnesium if using tahini) for healthy metabolism, and building strong bones, teeth, blood, skin and healthy muscle and nerve function - blood sugar stabilization if using mesquite

8 Carrot Cake Bliss Balls 1 cup Shredded Carrots 4 Dried Apricots (25-30g) ⅛ tsp Ground Ginger 3 Pitted Dates (40g) 1 cup Rolled Oats 2 tbsp Raw, local honey ⅛ tsp Ground Cardamom ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon ¼ cup Raw Coconut Flour ⅛ tsp Ground Nutmeg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional: 1 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for rolling 1 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for rolling 1. Add all main ingredients to your Thermomix or food processor and blitz until 3. Roll in desiccated coconut. 4. 9 Apricot delight 1 cup desiccated coconut 2 cups sliced apricots 3/4 cup dates Finely grated orange zest Method 1. Line a small plastic container (15x20cm) with plastic wrap leaving some overhang. 2. Put apricots, zest, dates and coconut into a food processor/thermomix and blitz until it forms a crumbly paste. 3. Firmly press the mixture into the lined container. 4. Sprinkle the top with coconut 5. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 30 mins and cut into small squares 6. Store in an airtight container
