5 CONDITIONS 1. The candidates shall be on probation initially for a period of two years in accordance with Rule 9 of the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, The Candidates shall be taken on duty only on satisfactory proof of genuineness of original certificates to be produced by them at the time of reporting for duty and if any of the documents so produced by the candidates in support of their claim found to be fake, then their candidature is liable for rejection without any notice 3. The candidates are liable to be posted to work at High Court of Karnataka, Principal Bench at Bengaluru or any of the High Court Benches at Dharwad / Kalaburagi. 4. The inter-se seniority between the selected candidates will be in accordance with their ranking in the final selection list. 5. The candidates at the time of their reporting to duty for appointment are required to execute a bond on a Stamp Paper (non-judicial) with an undertaking that they will serve in the office of the High Court of Karnataka for a minimum period of 5 years, failing which they will be liable to pay ` 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only). 6. The candidates have to report for duty within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Order failing which, their name shall be liable to be cancelled from the final selection list.
